I am a highly motivated and dedicated property professional with over 10 years experience within the industry, the last 7 years being spent within the commercial property market, speccifically focusing on commercial property management.
Appointed Senior Property Manager to the Challenger Life portfolio in 2018, managing eight assets totalling over 160,000 sqm across the ACT and Northern Territory. I utilise a best practice approach in the management of the portfolio and continue to identify opportunities to benefit each asset with the core business drivers of my client in mind.
I am adept at developing strong, productive relationships and working collaboratively with key stakeholder groups from diverse age brackets, organisational levels and cultural backgrounds. Levereging on these relationships I am best suited to represent my owners interest when liaising with tenants.

Beach Road Enterprises - Private owner whom purchased a mixed use office/retail building which had a large focus on entertainment in the Canberra CBD. The asset was never managed by Colliers International previously and was in a bad place before our appointment.
50 Bunda Street, Civic
As you would be aware we purchased 50 Bunda Street in May 2017, nearly 12 months ago.
On the surface it appeared to be a 100% tenanted building with no issues.
What we uncovered just below the surface was a multitude or significant issues. Including but not limited to tenants squatting on common property, tenants setting up commercial kitchens in office tenancies as well as a number of other major headaches.
Additionally over the last 9 months you have both take my telephone calls at all times and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs, discuss issues and provide advice and provide access to the building.
Jason, Nick. Brian and I could not have begun to sweep up the mess without both your hard work and perseverance.
I was onsite yesterday and the building was spotless, tenants are paying their rent on time and only utilising land that is assigned to them. This is a major achievement in 9 odd months.
We thank you both for your hard work over the last 9 months and look forward to working with you both to complete this buildings transformation into one of the most iconic inner city buildings, complete with rooftop bar!
