I just wanted to send you a quick email to show our appreciation of the good work you are doing with our QLD portfolio to date. I have received great feedback from our Asset Managers and Tenants.
Thank you for being efficient and on top of your workload. Your assistance in managing recent difficult tasks such as the hardstand issues and height safety issues for example, has been wonderful.

Thank you for your assistance with the current building defects that we have reported through to you in relation to FDC. Thank you for arranging the meeting with FDC last week. It was a great result for FDC to confirm that they will repair the current defects that have been identified onsite.
I really want to acknowledge the work that you have done since Colliers have taken over the facility management of the building. You are quick to respond and get issues rectified in a timely manner. Really appreciate your professionalism and support.
