I head up the Investment Services division for Colliers International on the Gold Coast.
We sell commercial realestate across various asset classes including: office, childcare, industrial, medical, retail, service stations, self-storage, residential apartment blocks, national tenanted investments and development sites.
Our clients include government agencies, listed companies, banks, funds, receivers, non-for profits, syndicates and private investors.
In recent years our Gold Coast office has been recognised as 'The Queensland Commercial Agency of The Year', a prestigious award from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
With a bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the University of Queensland, I have worked in the manufacturing industry as a Process Improvement Engineer.
I maintain a keen interest in innovations that benefit the agriculture and the wastewater industries. And, I serve on the board of a christian church.

I am the head of the Retail Investment Services Team in Queensland and on a daily basis, work hand in hand with my fellow retail counterparts in the southern states.
Since joining Colliers International in 2009, I have specialised on the sale of all categories of retail investments being; neighbourhood supermarket based centres, sub-regional, regional, large format retail service centres and tourism retailed retail properties.
For 4 years I was also the Director in charge of the Colliers International Gold Coast office and Head of Colliers Insolvency Property Division.
Over my career I have transacted over 80 properties at a capital value in excess of $3 Billion.

As the Director in Charge of the Gold Coast office, Steven is responsible for the continued success and growth of an award-winning team across multiple service lines. As part of his dual-role, Steven also represents Colliers International as the Director of Investment Services in a transactional based sales management role.

Kelly provides personal administrative support to the Director in Charge of the Gold Coast office and strives to create and deliver a consistent, positive experience for employees, clients and visitors. As office coordinator, Kelly also works with the Gold Coast Leadership team to guide the management and operation of the Gold Coast office; develop and communicate office management policies and procedures; and coordinates a number of meetings with the wider Colliers business.
Kelly's role also includes coordination across all aspects of a campaign, from marketing to finance, as well as providing direct assistance in daily operations.
Prior to working at Colliers International, Kelly held roles at Metricon Homes and IBM after graduating from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture.
