James heads up the Investment Services division for Colliers on the Gold Coast.
His clients include Government Agencies, ASX Listed Corporations, Banks, Receivers & Managers, Non-For Profits, Funds and Private Investors.
In 2018 the Gold Coast office was recognised as The REIQ 2018 Queensland Commercial Agency of The Year, a prestigious award from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
James has personally negotiated a quarter of a Billion dollars in commercial property sales across a variety of asset classes including: office, childcare, development sites, industrial, medical, retail, service stations, self-storage, premium investments and shopping centres.
Furthermore, James has a bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland and serves as a board member of a local non-profit.

I am the head of the Retail Investment Services Team in Queensland and on a daily basis, work hand in hand with my fellow retail counterparts in the southern states.
Since joining Colliers International in 2009, I have specialised on the sale of all categories of retail investments being; neighbourhood supermarket based centres, sub-regional, regional, large format retail service centres and tourism retailed retail properties.
For 4 years I was also the Director in charge of the Colliers International Gold Coast office and Head of Colliers Insolvency Property Division.
Over my career I have transacted over 80 properties at a capital value in excess of $3 Billion.

As the Director in Charge of the Gold Coast office, Steven is responsible for the continued success and growth of an award-winning team across multiple service lines. As part of his dual-role, Steven also represents Colliers International as the Director of Investment Services in a transactional based sales management role.

Steven specialises in the marketing and sale of high profile commercial assets and with over 17 year’s experience, he has negotiated more than $500 million in local property sales. Steven offers an unrivalled track record in commercial sales and his in-depth knowledge and expertise of the local commercial market is second to none. Steven provides clients with a high level of service that extends beyond a traditional sales appointment by utilising both innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Previously Steven has been honoured to receive the REIQ Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award.
Personal Assistant | Director in Charge
Kelly provides personal administrative support to the Director in Charge of the Gold Coast office and strives to create and deliver a consistent, positive experience for employees, clients and visitors.
As office coordinator, Kelly works with the Gold Coast Leadership team to guide the management and operation of the Gold Coast office; develop and communicate office management policies and procedures; and coordinates a number of meetings with the wider Colliers business.
As a personal assistant to the Director in Charge, Kelly's role also includes coordination across all aspects of a campaign, from marketing to finance, as well as providing direct assistance in daily operations.
Prior to working at Colliers International, Kelly held roles at Metricon Homes and IBM after graduating from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture.
