Simon has 17 years’ experience in the property valuation industry, during this time he has undertaken valuations in all classes of real property for various purposes.
Simon joined the Colliers International team in the North Sydney Office as Director of Industrial in November 2017. Prior to this, Simon was a Director at Savills, responsible for management of the mortgage and government sectors of the business, and since 2012 has specialised in industrial valuations for institutional, private and mortgage clients.
Simon specialises in industrial Valuation and property consultancy for institutional clients, major banks, privates and investment funds, including both state and national portfolio valuations; project feasibility studies and real estate consultancy. Simon has responsibility for the valuation of industrial institutional grade properties across Metropolitan Sydney in particular North, South, South West and Western Sydney.

I am currently working alongside the National Director assisting on a wide range of valuation and consultancy reports for a variety of purposes including: financial reporting, mortgage security, intending sale, proposed acquisition, and rental reviews on a variety of assets predominantly within the Western Sydney and Metropolitan markets.
Assisting in the valuations of industrial and commercial properties for financial institutions, including Westpac, St George, ANZ, Howards Commercial Lending and HSBC.
Assisting in the valuations of major industrial and commercial assets for Institutional clients including Goodman Property Group, Logos Property Australia, Dexus Property Group, ISPT Super Property and Rest Industry Super.
Assisting in the valuations of large industrial portfolios for financial reporting under AASB 13 notably:
Goodman Industrial Funds Management including M5 Industry Park, Prestons Distribution Centre, Huntingwood Business Park, and Newington Business Park;
ISPT Super Property industrial estate known as "Parklands"; and
Logos Property Australia: A specialised temperature controlled facility located in Prestons
National Director, Metropolitan Office | Valuation & Advisory Services
Joe specialises in the valuation of institutional grade properties across the Sydney metropolitan office markets. The types of advice typically undertaken include valuation advice for acquisitions, financial reporting and loan security purposes.
Additionally, Joe has extensive experience in real estate consultancy, project feasibility studies, land tax objections, rental consultancy for market reviews and lease renewals.
Andrew joined the Colliers team in October 2014 after previously spending 3 years at Landsburys, a boutique valuation and advisory firm specialising in mixed use development projects.
The move to Colliers presented an exciting opportunity to further develop his craft in valuation with a focus on commercial office assets in metropolitan markets across Sydney's North Shore.
