“Prior to deciding to sell my client’s property, I had regular contact with Steven over a number of years. During that time Steven was always very helpful in providing accurate up to date market information, which I was able to pass on to my client. When the decision was made to offer the property for sale, Steven was the obvious person to handle the process. I was so confident that he would produce a good result, that I did not even consider seeking proposals from other agents. During the marketing campaign in the lead up to auction day, Steven’s advice, professionalism, communication and attention to detail could only be described as excellent. My decision to appoint Steven was completely justified when he managed to secure an excellent result for my client and I would not hesitate to utilise his services in the future.”

“In my opinion Steven has developed into one of South East Queensland’s most capable and personable property professionals. I’ve operated a medium sized family property development company and real estate business for over 38 years. As a fellow agency owner, I am acutely aware of how rare it is to find the combination of positive qualities Steven brings to his work. Steven has acted with the highest degree of integrity and enthusiasm and has the rare capacity to balance his ’contacts’ in a timely and purposeful manner. He is personable professional and credible in all his dealings and is a rare resource in our industry.”
