- Lead Agent role for the Abrazo Apartments, an 81 unit development by CBL in Griffith, ACT

- Lead Agent role for the Alexander and Albemarle  (A&A) the 186 industrial warehouse/loft refurbishment project by DOMA Group in Phillip, ACT. This development saw over 50% of apartments sold prior to the official release of the project.

For the Morris Property Group, as a consequence of this fully wrapped and positive experience we decided to invest in two more properties by MPG in Canberra due for completion in Highgate in December this year. I've never purchased off plan as a policy, however without viewing either of the apartments I was happy to commit to the purchase of 120 and 175 based on the brand integrity experience in the Governor Place purchase. Tom kindly recommended me to coordinate this through Kevin Li in Colliers, and contracts for exchange for both are now on their way my solicitors.

Dear Thomas,

I hope you had a nice break. I just wanted to thank you for assisting our daughter Rida to buy her first home.

We were all nervous due to the difference in time zones and distance but you have been very patient with us and responding promptly to our queries which may at times  sound stupid as it is very different process from WA.

You are an asset to the company, specially when it comes to dealing with younger ones and their nagging parents.

I wish you all the success and have taken the liberty to copy your MD in the mail. I hope she is the right person but if not hopefully it will be forwarded to the relevant team.

Thomas is a valuable addition to the Colliers team. He is always a pleasure to work with, he is; kind, courteous, diligent, hardworking (throughout the cold days of winter when I purchased a unit in Barton he was more than willing to make himself available at short notice to show me the unit, explain answers in detail to any questions I might have had and meet to discuss contracts) and to top it off Tom goes above and beyond to assist with matter outside of his duties eg. referring me contacts in the staging space for other matters.
