Dear Tom and Ash,
Now that we have completed our move and are largely settled into 103 Governor Place, I hope you will allow us to share feedback on the exceptional experience we have had with Morris Property Group & Colliers.
Frankly, both companies have restored our faith in human nature in our relocation to Canberra.
Firstly Tom, a sincere thank you for a skilled and professional approach from dealing with our viewing to your timely and appropriate follow up and guidance in assisting us to close the purchase. Kathy and I have multiple property purchasing experiences and your approach is without doubt, the best experience we could have imagined. I trust the value system you work towards in not underestimated and please be assured it is certainly appreciated by us. We also believe you have a client in Morris Property Group with a solid product and brand which made your rigorous defence of MPG most appropriate and noteworthy while ensuring our needs were also met.
And with Ash, Jana and Gordon, you couldn't have served us better during the defects process and the follow up on important items related to snags and buildings management. For us, we concluded that you all have such a pride in the company you work for as evidenced in your communications and motivations to have things sorted swiftly and professionally for us. We believe it is a testament to the style of management in MPG and the brand of values it has created in practice. We are truly grateful and will be sure to share our experiences within the community and network we operate in.
For the Morris Property Group, as a consequence of this fully wrapped and positive experience we decided to invest in two more properties by MPG in Canberra due for completion in Highgate in December this year. I've never purchased off plan as a policy, however without viewing either of the apartments I was happy to commit to the purchase of 120 and 175 based on the brand integrity experience in the Governor Place purchase. Tom kindly recommended me to coordinate this through Kevin Li in Colliers, and contracts for exchange for both are now on their way my solicitors.
We are honoured to speak highly of our experience and thank you again for making the process pleasurable!
Brendan & Kathy
I hope you had a nice break. I just wanted to thank you for assisting our daughter Rida to buy her first home.
We were all nervous due to the difference in time zones and distance but you have been very patient with us and responding promptly to our queries which may at times sound stupid as it is very different process from WA.
You are an asset to the company, specially when it comes to dealing with younger ones and their nagging parents.
I wish you all the success and have taken the liberty to copy your MD in the mail. I hope she is the right person but if not hopefully it will be forwarded to the relevant team.
To whom it may concern,
Thomas is a valuable addition to the Colliers team. He is always a pleasure to work with, he is; kind, courteous, diligent, hardworking (throughout the cold days of winter when I purchased a unit in Barton he was more than willing to make himself available at short notice to show me the unit, explain answers in detail to any questions I might have had and meet to discuss contracts) and to top it off Tom goes above and beyond to assist with matter outside of his duties eg. referring me contacts in the staging space for other matters.
I would highly recommend Thomas to my friends and colleagues, note: I have already done so. I hope to continue a long term working relationship with him into the future and look forward to my next purchase.
Keep up the great work Thomas - hard work is its own rewards however you will also make a healthy and happy lifestyle along the way.
