In his five years as a commercial agent, Tony has become well- known to many owners, investors and key tenants within the South Sydney marketplace. As Manager, Commercial Sales & Leasing Tony’s role is to present the property to the market, manage the marketing process, including feedback to the owner and ultimately secure the best tenant or buyer for the property. One of Tony’s greatest strengths is his ability to understand each party’s needs and motivations, bridge the needs gap between tenant and landlord or buyer and vendor and close the deal.
Recognised early by Colliers as one to watch, Tony was named 2016 Rookie of the Year because his clients have benefited directly from his marketing and background when sourcing and securing high- value tenants and buyers. Tony’s 20 years of analytical experience in the B2B media market has made him a seasoned commercial negotiator with the ability to identify and realise value opportunities for his clients.

Since joining Colliers International in 2018, Jackson has committed to understanding the market and specialises in the sales and leasing of Commercial and Retail properties in the South Sydney market. Jackson is hard-working, driven, is a great communicator and negotiator and is 100% committed to ensuring his clients get the best outcome.
Jackson first stepped in to the role as a database analyst in our South Sydney Mascot office, quickly understanding the capabilities and benefits our CRM database can offer our clients.
Jackson has the ability to not just sell and lease property, but evaluate the market, understand current trends to ensure all properties are marketed accordingly keeping in mind their highest and best use to attract desirable lease rates and sale terms for his clients.
Jackson’s interest in property industry began back in 2011 where he managed a property portfolio for a private investment trust, along with this experience, Jackson also had the opportunity to work for a commercial construction company in New York City for two years, where he had a high level of responsibilities as a project manager.
Jackson has gained many valuable skills in the industry over the past 7 years which he uses daily, Jackson is able to communicate effectively with all clients and ensures all parties from landlords to tenants, vendors and purchases fully understand the process, have all questions answered and all satisfied with his high level or service and attention to detail.
I started my real estate career in 2018 with Colliers International in the Retail Leasing division as a Database Analyst. Specifically, my role incorporated cleaning, updating and maintaining explicit company, contact and property information for the Large Format Retail division.
I then moved over to the industrial service line in Mid 2018 as a Database Analyst where my role incorporated transactional & market analysis and database management. Additionally, i provided agents with basic investment feasibility analysis of potential industrial properties to market and canvass.
