Wayne began his career in the property industry in 2013 working for Queensland based agency as Buyer Manager focused on Brisbane South residential properties. He then progressed as a Sales Manager and Chinese Investment Expert.
Wayne has worked on several renowned residential projects in Queensland; he has dedicated his career to building investment bridges between Asia and Australia and is consistently achieving a win-win outcome through effective communication and professionalism.
As a part of the residential team, Wayne joined Colliers International in the role of Sales Executive. In this role, Wayne will be working across Brisbane and Gold Coast residential projects, sourcing and servicing international investors.
Wayne has provided advisory services for sales and marketing strategies towards international markets. As such, he facilitates the sales process for numerous projects for Asian investors and has been off-shore multiple times to conduct seminars and attend property expos representing the client.
Wayne’s background, experience and understanding of the turbulent international market has given him the ability to consult on Asian market sales and marketing strategies and manages all international client requirements to completion of the sales process.

Andrew is a qualified accountant commencing his career with AV Jennings responsible for the the South East Queensland Housing Division. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 23 years working for developers including the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, Pindan and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the the $37m Anthology development in New Farm, the $100m 25 storey Mahala development in Mermaid Beach, The Hills Townhouse project at Everton Hills developed by The Sunland Group.
