Zhenni has quickly established a strong professional track record having completed a number of transactions over the last five years with a total project value over $400 million. Zhenni is also integral in securing major project marketing opportunities from the Asian market, having successfully originated 6 major project marketing listings (Milsons Point; Pymble; Granville; Rouse Hill, Lindfield and Burwood) with a total end value exceeding $450 million over the same period.
Prior to joining the Residential team, Zhenni worked with Colliers International as an Assistant Valuer in the Valuation and Advisory division. Zhenni assisted with the preparation of valuation reports for corporate and institutional clients including GPT, Westpac, ISPT, and National Australia Bank. Her previous experience in property valuation, feasibility study and analytical skills enhances the teams focus on providing high quality advice and service to a varied client base.

I am currently the National Director of Colliers International (Australia) Asia Markets team in the Investment Services department, and have worked for Colliers International for over 28 years. With the rise of Asian investments into Australia, my focus is to facilitate the needs of domestic and international Asian clients. I have an extensive experience working with the Chinese community, and work closely with my colleagues to introduce new international clients / buyers for our listings. As a senior operator, my role at Colliers International focusses on the Sydney CBD and metro surrounding area, specifically targeting the CBD South, Haymarket and Chinatown regions, where I work closely with my clients to achieve the best results for their properties. I have extremely strong networks with the local Chinese community and I assist and advise many Asian clients, investors and developers. I speak Cantonese and Mandarin fluently and frequently travel to Asia, such as Hong Kong, Macua, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
Matt is an Associate Director in the Sydney Metro Sales team, Investment Services specialising in the City Fringe & Eastern Suburbs selling commercial and retail investments.

My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in Residential property development, project marketing, site acquisition and property valuation.
I rejoined Colliers International 9 years ago as Managing Director, and since then I have worked to grow my team and our Residential division by more than 300%.
Across the country we have successfully launched and sold over 100 Residential projects, and we have played an instrumental role in every aspect of these successes for our clients.
I have built a team that offers the complete end to end service for our clients and customers alike, from the site aquisition right through to the sale and settlement of every last apartment.
My 30+ years of experience in real estate, and genuine passion for property has seen me involved across numerous key industry bodies and groups, as well as the establishment of my own thought leading blog, projectagenda.com.au with over 4000 followers from within the industry.
Prior to my time at Colliers International, I held the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager for Stockland Apartments. During his time I launched and managed a national portfolio of major projects and led a large national sales and marketing team. Prior to this, I started and ran my own successful project marketing company, Realm Project Marketing, for three years specialising in large land estates, housing and apartment projects predominantly in NSW, providing a high level of service that extended beyond the traditional sales appointment.
In my earlier role at Colliers International I was the National Director, Residential Land Marketing, where I established a highly successful division which led to the appointment of our business to project market several major estates in Sydney and Melbourne, which commenced long lasting relationships that our business still maintains today.

As a Director of Residential Project Marketing at Colliers International, Selda’s role is to fundamentally work side by side with our clients in order to seek opportunities and develop strategies to accelerate their success.
Selda provides critical advice to developers, including market insights, trends, gap analysis, development advice including product mix & size, design recommendations providing valuable advice around the saleability & liveability of a product, analysis on target buyers, pricing and much more. Selda is involved in presenting to developers, listing projects, drafting, implementing and executing robust sales and marketing strategies and managing projects from initial conception, launch right through to marketing the last apartment. She is responsible for managing the project day-to-day and manages the sales team involved in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for her developer clients in order to add value, increase their overall GR and enhance their brand.
With over 26 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Selda regularly provides market commentary and is the go-to professional for all her clients. Selda’s clients rely on her proven industry expertise and solid understanding of the ever-changing landscape of the property market to ensure the success of their projects.
Specialising in Residential Project Marketing, Blake works with the NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing and managing projects, and the sales team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works closely with the Managing Director, Peter Chittenden, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
He also works alongside the other NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing, and managing projects and the sales team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients.
