Eugene has over 20 years experience in the property and construction industries including extensive experience with a major publicly listed developer and in the funds management environment. Eugene has extensive experience in large range of projects in various capacities including senior development and project management roles. He has been involved in many landmark complex developments such as Hayman Island, Discovery Point, Honeysuckle Newcastle, Port Coogee WA, King Street Wharf, Jackson Landing and Citibank Centre Sydney.
Eugene holds a deep understanding of property markets, development opportunities and construction projects established through extensive experience and involvement with a wide range of large scale property development projects from management positions and at the coal face.
He has managed most facets of development projects from inception to disposal. This includes acquisition, disposal, brief planning, feasibiliies, engagement of consultants, obtaining aprovals, marketing, sales and leasing. Eugene’s sales experience was founded with asset acquisitions and asset sales for a private fund manager. His diverse experience will assist clients to achieve success.

Combining property valuation expertise and native Mandarin abilities, Zhenni has been particularly successful in connecting with the growing number of top and mid tier Chinese developers who are seeking to expand their portfolio in Australia. Her all rounded knowledge of market fundamentals and active involvement in the Chinese community has provided her with a reputation as a trusted advisor to her clients.
Zhenni has quickly established a strong professional track record having completed a number of transactions over the last three years with a total project value over $310 million. Zhenni is also integral in securing major project marketing opportunities from the Asian market, having successfully originated 5 major project marketing listings (Milsons Point; Pymble; Granville; Rouse Hill and Burwood) with a total end value exceeding $350 million over the same period.
Prior to joining the Residential team, Zhenni worked with Colliers International as an Assistant Valuer in the Valuation and Advisory division. Zhenni assisted with the preparation of valuation reports for corporate and institutional clients including GPT, Westpac, ISPT, and National Australia Bank. Her previous experience in property valuation, feasibility study and analytical skills enhances the teams focus on providing high quality advice and service to a varied client base.
In addition to her transactional achievements, Zhenni is an enthusiastic promoter of real estate industry market activities with a focus on the Asian and Chinese market. Zhenni successfully organised, raised funds for and hosted the major industry events below:

Mia commenced her career with Colliers International Melbourne over four years ago, and held various roles within the Residential team and Residential Development Sites team bringing her a wealth of residential experience across multiple disciplines. She has specialised in the sale of off the plan apartments and development sites in the Melbourne CBD/City Fringe market as well as the Englobo land market. Mia most recently joined Colliers International Sydney CBD office in the Residential team and will now be focusing on Residential land development opportunities in the Growth Corridor.
Being actively involved in the property industry from a young age, Mia has created exceptional communication skills enabling her to have a dedicated focus to clients, whilst delivering high achieving results.
