Nick began his commercial real estate career in 1997 as an industrial specialist on Brisbane’s southside. He quickly made the transition into the corporate world in 1999 where he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle until late 2004. His time in the Brisbane market enabled him to establish strong relationships and contacts with some of Queensland’s most active players in the commercial property market.
Since moving back to the Sunshine Coast in 2004, Nick has become the Managing Director and owner of Colliers International’s Sunshine Coast business and has a focus on ensuring he maintains a dynamic team of property professionals.
Nick also has a particular interest in the identification of major development and investment opportunities. His track record in these areas of the market is a reflection of his understanding and belief in the Sunshine Coast property market.

Andrew started with Colliers in 2015, having previously held a similar role at Ray White Commercial Cairns, Andrew’s experience in facilities management his logical approach to problem solving is highly valued by our landlord’s.
With over 25 years prior experience in banking, including area management roles in North Queensland and Northern Territory, Andrew understands the needs of a wide range of businesses and has an exceptional ability to work with tenants and contractors on all levels and in all industries.
With his business and banking background, he understands the importance of maintaining the value of real estate assets. Within the Colliers team Andrew focusses on ensuring our landlords’ assets are kept in optimal condition and being maintained to a high standard in a cost effective manner.
Contracts Administrator | Team Assistant
Kate joined Colliers International in 2016 as a Contracts Administrator, following 4 years with a local Residential Real Estate company on the Sunshine Coast. Kate’s experience within the real estate industry has predominantly been within the contracts/office administration area, however has taken on the role of Team Assistant for a number of Agents, assisting them across the board in addition to preparing property marketing material.
Prior to joining Real Estate, Kate’s career focus was hospitality and medical administration.
Kate is a strong administrative professional with attention to detail and an enthusiastic personality.

Julie has extensive experience in Commercial and Retail Property Management with over 25 years’ experience across a variety of properties including neighbourhood shopping centres, ‘A’ Grade office towers, remote properties, commercial office blocks and industrial sheds.
Julie has clear communication and reporting skills and prides herself on her attention to detail. Within the Colliers office, she carefully ensures that important lease dates and tenant obligations are actioned punctually.
