Colliers International takes out major national awards

ACT office named Commercial Agency of the Year.

Colliers International (ACT) was honoured to be named Commercial Agency of the Year at last night’s Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Awards for Excellence and to have Director Real Estate Management (REM), Rupert Cullen named Property Manager of the Year.

“Congratulations to all our team. This achievement is thanks to the skills, commitment and hard work of each and every person in our ACT team,” Colliers International State Chief Executive, Paul Powderly praised.

“I would particularly like to commend the entire Office Leasing and Capital Markets and Investment Services teams as well as Rupert Cullen on his individual win

“Our team approach to tackling client problems and our dedication to providing exceptional service helped us stand out amongst our peers.

“These honours also demonstrate the continued strength of the ACT property sector. Canberra continues to grow and more and more people and businesses are calling the Territory home. In just the past few days Canberra once again topped a list of most liveable capital cities.

“Having an ACT company take out top national honours like this shows we really are punching above our weight here in Canberra and provide services and innovative products and solutions that are as good as, if not better, than that on offer anywhere in the country.”

Rupert Cullen took the opportunity to acknowledge REM staff members.

“I would like to pay tribute to all the REM team,” Mr Cullen said. “This award is a reflection of how well our individual talents and experience blend to produce outstanding results.”
