• A 117.07* hectare (289.28* acre) landholding that has been extensively developed to a highly productive 70.60* hectare (174.46* acre) table grape vineyard.
• Additional land available to be planted (approximately 21.47* hectares / 53.05* acres), with the balance of the land comprising support areas and infrastructure.
• Excellent varietal spread, including both Crimson and Superior Seedless varieties, with forecast 2020 production estimated to be approximately 1,200 tonnes across the vineyard.
• Outstanding structural improvements, including a large packing shed comprising five cool rooms, extensive storage area, dispatch / receival area and canopy, office and amenities, along with a large machinery / storage shed and multiple pump sheds.
