Angus studied at Hawkesbury Ag College attaining his Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) and after being overseas started in HTW Darwin as a junior valuer where he conducted mainly residential vals with some small exposure to station vals with then principal Robin Gardner. In 2004 he relocated to Wagga to be a rural valuer with Shuter and Co which later became HTW Wagga. In 2007 he was approached to be the National Property and Business Sales Manager for DMS Davlan a plant and machinery operation with depots in all major cities it was there that they took on Ray White Rural and concentrated on Liquidations and Receiverships. 2012 saw him take up a senior role as a rural valuer with Knight Frank in Wagga along with him running his auctioneering business on the side which focused on property auctions and clearing sales.  Angus joins Colliers in the Rural and Agribusiness team and is looking forward to building not only relationships outside of Colliers but also within. John Harrison

Since joining Colliers in 2012, John has formed part of the Agribusiness Valuation and Advisory Services team, undertaking valuations on a wide range of rural properties. John has particular experience in the valuation of dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, vineyard, forestry, irrigated horticulture (broad hectare potato & onion production and permanent tree crop), dairy and poultry assets.

Based out of New South Wales, John has undertaken valuation assignments on farms located throughout South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

Having grown up on the family property in South Australia's Lameroo district, John has first-hand knowledge and experience of rural property operations.

The valuations he has worked on have been for a number of purposes including Mortgage Security, Financial Reporting, Potential Acquisition/Disposal, Estate Planning/Settlement, Compulsory Acquisition and Insurance purposes.

Since joining Colliers in 2015 as an Analyst for the Office Leasing and Industrial team,  Sam is now a Valuer  forming part  of the  Agribusiness Valuation and Advisory Services team, undertaking  valuations on a wide range of rural properties, which include both single assets and portfolios. 

Based in Sydney, Sam has undertaken valuation assignments on a number of different agricultural assets throughout NSW  which incorporate  dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, vineyard,  irrigated horticulture and dairy properties.
