Our Metro Office H1 2018 RFR focuses on the capital value growth that we have witnessed in our key metro office markets over the past year, and what are the key drivers for continued capital value and rental growth. Withdrawal activity continues to have an impact, and infrastructure investment is also providing long term upside in markets in Sydney and Melbourne.

Investment returns in metro office markets are at their greatest levels in over 10 years, with capital values having grown by an average of 25 per cent across our major metro office markets.
