As the Head of Healthcare and Retirement Living I am responsible for leading and managing Colliers International’s Healthcare & Retirement Living (HRL) team nationally. With services capabilities across valuations, transaction services, strategic and market consulting supported by a team of 16, it is the largest and most specialised HRL team in Australia.
Covering the entire continuum of care from childcare, allied health and medical centres to manufactured housing estates, retirement villages, hospitals and aged care, the team truly represents a whole-of-sector proposition.

Leon Hadchiti is Director | Valuation, Healthcare & Retirement Living. Leon has had in excess of 12 years’ experience in the valuation of Retirement Villages, Residential Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, Medical Centres, Land Lease Communities (Manufactured Home Estates) and Greenfield/Brownfield Development sites.
Leon is responsible for the management of an experienced team of Valuers, where he has held the title of Director since mid-2017, and although based in Sydney, Australia, possesses the qualifications, knowledge base and experience in Healthcare valuations across Australia.

Justin is responsible for listing, servicing and completing transactions in the Healthcare & Retirement Living sectors. Nationally, the division is the largest transactional team of its type specialising in these sectors.
In addition, Justin provides specialist advice and guidance for clients.
Justin’s sole focus is to offer the highest professional service to his clients and to achieve a positive outcome for all parties involved.
Justin has valuable experience in the property investment and development sector, with specific specialist knowledge in Healthcare & Retirement Living.
He has a long history of transaction execution, project marketing, project and feasibility assessment, determining and negotiating property acquisitions and disposals, property analysis, establishing property development direction, major lease negotiation, project management of property development projects and major building contract negotiation.
Justin currently assists clients in analysing property and going-concern opportunities and progressing those opportunities to realise their optimal potential.

Mark is an Associate Director for Transaction Services within the Healthcare & Retirement Living team. Mark is expert from industry, gaining more than 6 years of experience working within aged care facilities, gaining valuable knowledge of all aspects of operations before undertaking his property career.
Mark trained as a specialist healthcare & retirement living valuer before gaining experience with a “Big 4” audit firm and top acquisition and advisory company providing valuations, consultancy, property strategy, acquisitions and divestment advice for a variety of commercial and healthcare assets. Mark has extensive knowledge covering the entire continuum of care from allied health and medical centres to manufactured housing estates, retirement villages, hospitals and aged care enabling him to provide whole-of-sector expert advice, leveraging his deep understanding of understanding of drivers operators and investors alike.
