I have been with Colliers International for over 20 years and during this time have been involved in every aspect of industrial and commercial property. I lead the Industrial Occupier Services team nationally, which includes Industrial Tenant Advisory, Portfolio Management and Logistics & Supply Chain Consulting.
At Colliers International, I employ my vast property background and project delivery skills to analyse and formulate strategy on behalf of clients resulting in new property acquisitions, lease renewals, lease rationalisation and rent reviews. I have been responsible for the marketing of major industrial developments for sale and lease, industrial land subdivisions, major tenant pre-commitment, and business parks.

With over 16 years’ experience in the industrial property sector, Nick has a breadth of experience across all aspects of the sector from tenant advisory, development management (land subdivisions & built-form) , acquisitions and asset management.
Nick worked within Colliers Industrial agency team from 2002 -2006, before leaving to move into a Development Management role externally; he then re-joined Colliers in 2018 to lead the NSW Industrial Occupier Services business.
Nick works closely with businesses requiring industrial space to source and secure the most suitable site and facility for their organisational needs. He has a strong understanding of the industrial market nationally and a solid background in design and construct projects meaning he can provide advice to occupiers/tenants for Stay V’s Go Analysis’, lease renewals, new site acquisitions and pre-lease commitments.

An accomplished real estate professional with over 18 years property experience in the areas of commercial, industrial and residential property management and corporate real estate portfolio and account management.
In April 2016, Colliers International were successfully appointed on the management of the Vodafone portfolio, consisting of over 4,000 sites nationwide. As the Account Director, I have account and operational oversight including accountability for:
- Delivery of tenure, transaction, property management, financial and lease administration services
- Implementation and management of Quality Management procedures and processes
- Management of the Service Delivery team
- Delivery of all operational reporting
To date, we have achieved savings of over $54M for our client (over the term of the leases) and have doubled the original Account team in size
In 2018, I transitioned into a 50/50 split between leading the Vodafone Account and leading operations for Occupier Services - a role where I continue to grow and learn and I thoroughly enjoy being a part of our Occupier Services team - Division of the Year 2017 & 2018
