I specialise in advising clients how to best present their commercial asset to the market and achieve an optimal outcome. Throughout my 10 year property career, I have been involved in an array of commercial transactions ranging in value from $500,000 to $30,000,000, primarily in the Brisbane metro region. This experience has equipped me with an extensive contact base and sharpened my skillset in managing local, national and international sales campaigns.
In recognition of my experience and leadership capabilities, I recently received a promotion to Director of Investment Services in Queensland. I was also lucky enough to be awarded Colliers International Queensland Employee of the Year for 2015.

Alistair is a National Director in both the Investment Services & Capital Markets teams at Colliers International Adelaide. Alistair is a longstanding member of the team, having worked for Colliers International for over thirty one years.
Alistair has a wealth of experience and market knowledge focussing specifically on the Adelaide CBD and metro markets. He has extensive client relationships with active local, national and international investors.
Alistair's specialties include all forms of commercial investments, particularly in high-value CBD office towers, retail assets (in particular Rundle Mall retail, where he has sold in excess of 25 individual assets within Rundle Mall), and development sites.
As a senior operator, Alistair has developed strategic understanding of complex transactions, national client knowledge and local market conditions advantaging investors.

As the leader of the ACT Investment Services team, Matthew specialises in the sale of CBD and Metro Office, Strata Office, Retail and Premium Investment assets. Matthew has positioned himself and his team at the forefront of the Canberra market, achieving over 60% market share in the past two years and transacting over $250m in office sales. His efforts have earnt the Colliers Canberra team the title of REIACT Commercial agency of the year for 2017, 2018 and 2019 and well as REIA Commercial Agency of the year 2019.

Joseph is the National Director, Asia Markets based in the Sydney CBD Investment Services team. He has a key focus of working with Asian Ultra-High-Net-Worth investors and institutional capital partners, having previously facilitated multiple high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in and from Asia.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Joseph was the Managing Director of CBRE Taiwan office where he led a team of 200 staffs across multiple business lines. Through his understanding of Asian clients' requirements in various stages of property ownership and his extensive management experiences across a range of expertise, Joseph has been the go-to-person for his Asian clients, connecting the right specialists to provide the best-in-class practices and expert advices and to deliver exceptional value for his clients.
With his unique skills in Architecture and Project Management, his exceptional experiences in international transactions and his language abilities in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, he has successfully facilitated the offshore and onshore Asian clients to expand and/or divest their real estate portfolio in Australia.
