With over 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in Finance and Accounting I have held roles from Audit & Advisory to General Manager responsible for bottom line performance. This has given me a broad range of experience and made me a highly motivated and commercial operator focused on outcomes.
In my capacity as Finance & Operations Manager | Real Estate Management I’m responsible for delivering a 5 star platform to internal and external clients and commercial analysis support to the Managing Director of Real Estate Management. In addition I manage the Property Accounting Team.

I have over 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and in this time have gained valuable experience in all aspects of Property Management including providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with all stakeholders, increasing asset values through proactive maintenance and capital expenditure programs, tenant retention strategies, lease negotiations, financial reporting, dealings with Legal representatives and arrears minimisation.
I started with Colliers in 2010 and have had various Property Management roles within REM in that time. My current role as National Director of Private Clients is focused on business development and service delivery in the private client specialisation of Real Estate Management. I work with the SPD's to implement business development strategies, nationalised marketing collateral and ensure we are constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.

Lyn joined Colliers International in June 2015 as State Product Director - Real Estate Management.
Since joining Colliers International, Lyn has been responsible for the enhancement of the service platform delivered by the South Australia Real Estate Management Team. In 2016 and 2017, Lyn was award Leader of the Year for the South Australian business.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Lyn has worked for Knight Frank, Cushman Wakefield, a boutique agency and one of South Australia's largest private property owners as General Manager and Director.
During Lyn's time at these companies, she has achieved:-
Completing one of Adelaide's biggest retail developments;
Establishing a risk analysis of the business and turned around several non -performing assets to obtain positive outcomes;
Successfully implemented a three (3) year plan on staffing, policies and culture which saw the company grow from a small to a medium size business.

I stared my property career in 1993 working for Pinnacle Property Group working under Barry Brakey as an undergraduate. I then commenced work at Knight Frank in 1994 as the Commercial Manager at the Southgate Complex. From then my career path took me to ANZ Bank (Facility Management and National Contract Manager), Global Property Solutions and then KFPW (UGL) where I worked on major accounts including Telstra, Defence, NAB, Westpac and DOFA/DFAT. From mid-2007 until January 2017 I was employed at CBRE as a Director of Asset Services. I enjoy managing a team and the diversity and day to day challenges of property management. I am a Licenced Estate Agent and hold a Bachelor of Economics(Monash) , Bachelor or Property(Vals) RMIT and a Post Grad Diploma in Applied Information Systems (RMIT).

I oversee the property management, facilities management and sustainability functions for the Real Estate Management (Office & Industrial) business in Queensland. I currently lead a team of 30 skilled property professionals who are committed to delivering memorable service to our customers and adding long term value to the assets under management.
I have over 14 years experience in listed and unlisted property and facilities management, asset repositioning activities, strategic planning, leasing and capital projects management across most asset classes including office, retail and industrial in Australia.
In addition to my core responsibilities, I am also involved with the Property Council of Australia as a member on their QLD Commercial Office Committee. I hold a Master of Property Studies from the University of Queensland.
