Tim McIntosh is a Director of Retail Investment Services, heading up the Victorian division.
Tim has seven years industry experience, specialising in the acquisition and divestment of shopping centre and freestanding supermarket assets for over 5 years. At the beginning of 2019, Tim returned from the UK after two years working with the Retail Capital Markets team in London.
Ben has over 19 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in the sale and leasing of retail property. He has sold over $200 million worth of retail assets in the past two years alone, which clearly demonstrates his dominance in the Western Australian market.
Ben sales experience includes neighbourhood shopping centres, large format, strip retail shops and inner urban retail development sites. He has the added benefit of extensive experience in retail leasing, having brought a multitude of international retailers to the Perth market.
Ben’s in-depth understanding of the operation and the day-to-day running of shopping centres gives him a unique understanding of the opportunities to maximise income and returns from retail investments.
