Tim launched PRDnationwide in Victoria in 1999, a market-leading residential property business. In 2006, the business was acquired and merge to become Colliers Residential Victoria in partnership with fellow Director Brett Griffith.
In his role as Managing Director over the past two decades, Tim has developed an unmatched level of knowledge and experience, enabling him to build the most successful and highest performing team in the residential sector.
Tim is dedicated to delivering industry-leading service and solutions across Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Site Sales, Research and Strategic Advisory.
Under Tim’s leadership, the business has represented hundreds of large private companies, publicly listed companies, government departments and institutions.
Tim is responsible for driving more than $20billion worth of apartment sales, he has guided his team with their involvement in more than 70% of the major build-to-rent transactions in the state and built Victoria’s leading Development Sites team.

Brett commenced with Colliers in 1998, before joining forces with Managing Director Tim Storey in 2006 to build the market-leading Colliers Residential Victoria business.
As a Director of the business for the past 23 years, Brett has worked across all aspects of residential property including Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Sites, Research and Strategic Advisory.
He has established a long list of loyal developer clients who continue to rely on his strategic advice and expertise, including Cbus Property, CEL Australian, LAS Group, ICD Property, 3L Alliance, Riverlee and many more.
During Brett’s time as Director and under his leadership, the business has sold more than $20billion worth of apartments, been involved in more than 70% of the major build-to-rent transactions in the state and established Victoria’s leading Development Sites team.
Brett’s is known as an encouraging and supportive leader, who brings out the best in his team and delivers exceptional results for his clients under all market conditions.

Zoe joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2006 as Receptionist, soon after she was promoted to Executive Assistant to key Directors Tim Storey & Brett Griffith, gaining invaluable experience across all aspects of the business.
Zoe became a Director in 2014 after establishing herself as a highly regarded member of the team and a leader within the Project Marketing division. With more than 15 years’ experience, Zoe has had direct involvement in over 20 Projects equating to approximately $7billion in property sales.
Aside from her impressive sales results, Zoe has made a significant contribution to innovation within the business, having driven numerous technological advancements that streamline sales processes and drive apartment sales for developer clients.
Zoe is known for her tenacity, work ethic and drive to produce positive outcomes under all market conditions for clients and has been awarded numerous accolades over the years as a result.

As National Director | Build to Rent my objective is to support clients to participate in emerging opportunities derived from the significant growth of this alternative residential asset class.
Drawing on my 25+ years of real estate industry experience - spanning agency, research, analytics and consulting - I work with colleagues across Australia, who are local market experts, to deliver opportunities, practical solutions and innovative strategies across the nascent Build to Rent and associated alternative living sectors. I support clients to enter and grow their presence in the Australian BTR market.
My understanding of demand, supply, policy and industry factors relating to the spectrum of new residential markets (BTR, apartments, urban regeneration, greenfields) underpins my reputation as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders in the residential development and real estate investment industries.
I utilise my deep industry and market knowledge and connections to extend the reach of Colliers across the increasingly complex mainstream and emerging residential market segments.
Megan joined Colliers in 2016 and is now National Director, Operations working alongside the Residential leadership team. Her role is to develop and execute the overarching business plan and drive national initiatives, ensuring the continued growth and success of Colliers Residential Australia.
An integral part of the business, working across Build To Sell, Build To Rent and Development Site Sales, Megans experience spans across business and people operations, and strategy execution. Since commencing, Megan has driven numerous industry-leading initiatives including the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showrooms and their expansion across Melbourne and Shanghai, as well as the establishment of Colliers Residential Build to Rent Platform.
Aside from driving business growth from a strategic level, Megan has shown her diversity of skills working with our leading project marketing team to execute the sales and marketing strategies across Melbourne's best Residential projects.

Ben joined Colliers Residential Victoria to lead the Relationship Management team in 2015. Prior to commencing with Colliers, Ben’s expertise was in the legal profession.
He worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Beijing for 3 years and then as a Solicitor in Melbourne for another 5 years, gaining invaluable experience in professional services and building strong relationships in Asia.
In his role as Director, Ben has established himself as an integral part of the team, leading the sell-out of several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential projects, including the recent sale of the two penthouses at Collins Arch. These residences were the final two in the building, resulting in the complete sell out of the project.
Driving innovation and strategic growth within the business, Ben lead the expansion of Colliers Residential Victoria’s team within China through the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ Shanghai showroom in 2021.
Ben is known as a great leader and a supreme communicator, utilising his English and Mandarin language skills fluently and interchangeably as required.

Hilda joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2021 as an Assistant Relationship Manager. She is responsible for assisting the relationship managers with various tasks integral to the success of the team.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Hilda held a Sales & Marketing Manager role with The Star Entertainment Group. Hilda has established herself as a highly valued team member, she has been involved in a number of our Partner Agent education initiatives and contributed to some outstanding sales results.
Hilda has exceptional communication and language skills, she has used these skills to brief more than 150 Partner Agent groups on our Seafarers project, assisted with running webinars for groups in Indonesia and Hong Kong and continually assisted in the growth of our Partner Agent database.
With knowledge of Asian markets and consumer behaviour, Hilda is able to assist with devising marketing strategies that will reach the right audience, in the right way.
Hilda guides the creation of market and project updates, training material, presentations, and strategic communications with Partner Agents locally and offshore.

Jozef joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018. As a Director of the business, he specialises in premium Development Site Sales and Build-to-rent transactions.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Jozef was the National Director - Development Valuations & Advisory at CBRE where he developed an unrivalled level of market knowledge. Since commencing with Colliers, Jozef has transacted in over $550million in development sites.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Jozef has forged enduring relationships with a range of developers, land owners and other major players in the development sector.
He has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor, managing numerous premium development site transactions in the CBD and fringe as well as highly sought-after locations including Toorak and South Yarra’s Domain Precinct.
Jozef has also been instrumental in leading the introduction of the Build-to-rent sector in Australia, assisting with multiple recent transactions, including many of Melbourne’s first BTR acquisitions.
His colleagues and clients recognise him as a hardworking and knowledgeable property professional who is focused on delivering the best possible outcome for his clients in all market conditions.

Nancy joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2006. In her role as Director, she is focused on driving off the plan and established residential sales.
With a background in Project Marketing and Sales, Nancy brings a wealth of valuable knowledge to the business and her clients.
Nancy has over 15 years experience in the residential property industry. In this time she has made a significant contribution to the business with more than $400million worth of sales across several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential developments.
Some of Nancy’s highlights include selling more than $160million worth of apartments in 17 Spring St, including the $15million penthouse, over $80million in apartments at Collins Arch and over $50million in apartments at Seafarers Residences.
Nancy’s hard work and dedication to her role is reflected in the list of accolades she has received over the years including Top Sales Performer for three years running.
Aside from her impressive sales track record, Nancy is known for her unique understanding of purchasers’ needs, her outstanding buyer management skills and her highly empathetic approach.
