Dan Walker is a property professional with 16 years of real estate experience and an enviable track record in office landlord representation, asset repositioning and tenant brokerage. Dan prides himself on excellent client service and delivering exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders.
Dan leads the Office Leasing team in key North Shore markets including North Sydney, St Leonards, Chatswood and Macquarie Park.
Dan commenced his career in residential real estate, and immediately gained a passion for property. After selling many properties within his initial core area, Dan was offered a position by the newly formed McGrath Estate Agents Central Coast with Mat Steinwede. Dan worked directly under Mat whilst perfecting his skills and expertise in all areas including negotiation, mindset, and six star client service. Following a successful 4 years, Dan relocated to Sydney and entered the commercial property arena.
Completing his first commercial leasing transaction within his first week and following a six month knowledge building period in a boutique commercial firm, Dan was fortunate enough to be offered a position with the market leading Colliers International Sydney CBD Office Leasing team.
In his first year, Dan brokered over 50 transactions within the Sydney CBD, and was recognised for these efforts by being awarded the highly sought after Rookie of the Year award.
Prior to his current role in Sydney's North, Dan was involved in the appointment and leasing success of prime grade commercial office assets throughout the Sydney CBD on behalf of major onshore and offshore funds and institutional clients, with involvement in over 50,000sqm of leasing transactions in iconic Sydney office buildings including Grosvenor Place, Gold Fields House & Piccadilly Tower.

I am National Director | Capital Markets based in the North Sydney office focussing on institutional level sales in the greater Sydney metropolitan market. Recently I celebrated thirteen years with Colliers International, and have over 39 years’ experience in the property industry. I have extensive experience working in international markets, and have very strong relationships with local institutional investors. My areas of specialty is in complex transactions, new entrant capital and Asia engagement. I have been a regular visitor to Asia and continue to work closely with key decision makers looking to make the move to invest in Australia. I work closely with the Colliers International network domestically and offshore to ensure the best outcome for my clients

In 2005 I commenced my property career with DTZ Property working in the lower North Shore Market in Industrial, sales and leasing.
In 2006 I joined CBRE in office leasing where I worked with major institutional and private owners focussing on new and existing metropolitan projects. I was made Senior Negotiator in Leasing in 2008.
In 2010 I joined Colliers International based in North Sydney in which I look after the Metropolitan Leasing. I specialise in working with tenants in the market finding office accomodation and working with owners promoting their office space.

Joe specialises in the valuation of institutional grade properties across the Sydney metropolitan office markets. The types of advice typically undertaken include valuation advice for acquisitions, financial reporting and loan security purposes.
Additionally, Joe has extensive experience in real estate consultancy, project feasibility studies, land tax objections, rental consultancy for market reviews and lease renewals.

An accomplished real estate professional with over 18 years property experience in the areas of commercial, industrial and residential property management and corporate real estate portfolio and account management.
In April 2016, Colliers International were successfully appointed on the management of the Vodafone portfolio, consisting of over 4,000 sites nationwide. As the Account Director, I have account and operational oversight including accountability for:
- Delivery of tenure, transaction, property management, financial and lease administration services
- Implementation and management of Quality Management procedures and processes
- Management of the Service Delivery team
- Delivery of all operational reporting
To date, we have achieved savings of over $54M for our client (over the term of the leases) and have doubled the original Account team in size
In 2018, I transitioned into a 50/50 split between leading the Vodafone Account and leading operations for Occupier Services - a role where I continue to grow and learn and I thoroughly enjoy being a part of our Occupier Services team - Division of the Year 2017 & 2018

Simon has 17 years’ experience in the property valuation industry, during this time he has undertaken valuations in all classes of real property for various purposes.
Simon joined the Colliers International team in the North Sydney Office as Director of Industrial in November 2017. Prior to this, Simon was a Director at Savills, responsible for management of the mortgage and government sectors of the business, and since 2012 has specialised in industrial valuations for institutional, private and mortgage clients.
Director, Sydney Metro Sales | Investment Services
Initially joining Colliers in 2015 to work alongside National Director Jon Chomley as a Capital Markets analyst, Tom grew organically through the Colliers system, gradually applying his analytical skills, and gravitating towards, a sales role within the Investment Services team. Working closely with National Director Henry Burke, Tom established himself as a market leading commercial sales agent on the North Shore of Sydney. In 2020, Tom began leading the Sydney North Investment Services team.
Specialising in selling commercial / retail property (freehold and strata) and development sites (raw and DA approved) in the metro markets on the Lower and Upper North Shore, including the Northern Beaches, Tom has built a reputation for being a driven, personable, meticulous operator who is clearly passionate about real estate. Tom’s ongoing enthusiasm for the property industry mixed with his excellent communication skills and his honest approach to business has seen him regularly achieve results above client expectations.
Having grown up on Sydney’s North Shore, Tom possesses an intricate understanding of what’s happening in and around the Lower North Shore of Sydney, regularly attending local council meetings to stay on top of Council Governance.
Over the course of Tom’s 9 years’ in the property industry, Tom has developed a strong interest in site consolidations i.e. strata amalgamations and collective freehold sales.

Henry is a real estate sales expert that has worked in the industry for over ten years. During this time Henry has actively marketed and sold over $2.0 Billion worth of real estate across various asset classes including commercial office, industrial, retail, freehold and strata investment properties and commercial and residential development sites.
With close relationships in the development and construction industry and having worked across multiple asset classes during his career Henry now specialises in the marketing and sales of Residential Development Sites.
Henry specialises in the Sydney Metropolitan region with a close focus on the North Shore and Northern Beaches of Sydney. Always one step ahead of the market Henry has a strong understanding of Council Governance and has been instrumental in rezoning initiatives throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Region where he has been able to maximise land values for many owners.
