State Chief Executive | Western Australia
Richard joined Colliers in 2022 as State Chief Executive of our WA business.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Perth property market having held leadership positions in several major agencies and corporates. He is highly respected across the industry and leads our Western Australian team to maximise local opportunities across the national and Asia-Pacific landscape.
As State Chief Executive Richard is responsible for driving the growth of our Western Australian business across all service lines and asset classes. He is also a member of the Australian Executive Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the Australian business.
National Director | Office Leasing
Jemma joined Colliers in 2022 with over 10 years of commercial leasing experience. Jemma relocated to Perth in 2017 from Melbourne, where she was recruited to build and create an internal leasing business at Primewest and bring Office Leasing in house, after building a strong reputation in office leasing.
In 2019, Jemma was promoted to National Leasing Manager, following her transacting over 60,000sqm nationally of office leasing deals on behalf of Primewest and their institutional, corporate and private clients.
Jemma strives to exceed all client expectations and ensures she is always providing the highest level of client and customer service. She has a detailed knowledge of the leasing market which has resulted in many successful outcomes for her clients.
Jemma has been involved in successful leasing campaigns at One William Street and Exchange Tower on behalf of GIC (40,000sqm) and now 140 St Georges Terrace (29,000sqm) on behalf of Primewest/Blackrock.
Jemma is a major transaction and pre-commitment specialist in Perth having been involved in an array of large-scale building refurbishments and developments. Jemma concluded a deal with the Federal Government Services Australia to build their new office HQ of 4,500sqm down in Bunbury.
Jemma has led major appointments across the Perth CBD and WA including, Exchange Tower, One William, 140 St Georges Tce, Australia Place and 111 St Georges Tce along with three pre-commitment development opportunities.
Jemma was awarded the PCA WA Office Agent of the year in 2019.
National Director, WA | Real Estate Management Services
I am an expert Regional Retail Asset Manager and Commercial Office General Manager. I have worked with retail and commercial asset classes, from all sides, starting in retail fashion, department stores, then shopping centres, asset management, retail consulting, commercial office management, and place making delivery. As a National Director WA, I am currently the State Property Director for Colliers WA, looking after the team of Commercial Office, Retail shopping Centre and Industrial Precinct management services.

Dean leads the Valuation & Advisory Services team in Western Australia and over the past 16 years has provided valuation and strategic advisory services to a diverse range of market leading listed property trusts, financial institutions, developers, syndicates, private investors, Commonwealth and State government agencies.
Dean’s areas of expertise are providing valuation advice in the property development, office, industrial and healthcare sectors. Dean has been recognised as a market leading valuation consultant in Western Australia over a long period of time and regularly assists our clients with new acquisitions, identifying key redevelopment opportunities and providing forensic analysis of key value drivers using detailed and bespoke discounted cash flow simulations and associated scenario analysis.
Dean is passionate about infill redevelopment and land use efficiency; and in recent years, has been engaged as the lead property consultant on a range of high profile and complex redevelopment projects that continue to shape the landscape of Western Australia. As part of these projects, Dean has worked collaboratively in teams with other market leading consultants and provided valuation advice, land use recommendations and redevelopment strategies that are underpinned by urban economic principles and robust development feasibility testing.

Zane is Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, Western Australia, working with a senior and experienced team of experts.
Zane undertakes valuation assignments for market value for finance and financial reporting, development, feasibility, disposal due diligence, insurance, rental assessments, and determinations.
Zane’s main areas of expertise include Institutional Grade Retail, Large Format Retail, office, Service Stations, Child Care, Educational Facilities and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
Backed by extensive industry experience and Colliers’ best in house platforms, Zane produces unbiased, reliable and confidential advice to leading industry participants and active industry lenders.
Executive | Office Leasing
Grace joined Colliers in 2022 with 3 years’ experience in commercial property. Grace graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property Valuation & Development in 2019. Grace commenced her property career as a Leasing Assistant for Primewest in 2019 and has worked across various departments including Industrial Asset Management, Finance and Development before being promoted to Leasing Executive in July 2021.

Assistant Valuer | Valuation & Advisory Services
Kallan is an Assistant Valuer in our Valuation & Advisory Services business. Kallan was previously a Trainee Valuer in the former Colliers WA Franchise business since 2018.
Kallan supports the preparation of valuation and advisory reports under the guidance of senior valuers, with exposure across most asset classes, including Industrial, Office, Retail and specialised trading properties.
He is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Development and Valuation at Curtin University, and will graduate at the end of 2022.
Director | Retail Leasing
Colliers has welcomed another local expert to its new company-owned WA office with the appointment of retail specialist Hadley Missell.
Mr Missell joins Colliers in the position of Director of Retail Leasing based in Perth and brings with him 30 years’ experience in the retail market.
“Hadley has extensive experience in retail leasing working with world class property companies and retailers including Westfield, Lend Lease, Hawaiian Management, Brookfield, QIC, GPT and Dome Coffees Australia,” Michael Bate, Colliers’ Head of Retail, said.

Senior Executive | Industrial
Hayden commenced his career with the former Colliers franchise operations in 2019 and in 2022, he has joined the new company-owned Colliers WA business as Senior Executive in the Industrial team.
Hayden has forged a strong reputation in the Northern and Eastern Corridor of Perth’s Industrial property market, along with the wider market and has built up an impressive track record of sales and leasing deals.
Hayden’s focus on providing exceptional client service to establish long term relationships has resulted in him becoming a trusted agent in WA. His ability to assess and implement different strategies allows him to deliver strong outcomes and results for his clients and colleagues.
During Hayden’s short time in the industry, he has developed strong prospecting attributes which has enabled him to develop an extensive network of clients including private/institutional owners & investors, property trusts, syndicators, local/major occupiers and industrial developers.
It is through his technical analysis, enormous drive and commitment, willingness to collaborate with teammates and his extensive prospecting to secure the right buyer or tenant, that Hayden continually delivers strong results for his clients and Colliers.
Assistant Valuer | Valuation & Advisory Services
Sarah joined Colliers’ Perth Valuation & Advisory Services team in February 2022. In Sarah’s current role, as Assistant Valuer, she assists with the preparation of valuation reports and advice under the guidance of the senior team. Sarah has had exposure across a range of asset classes including industrial, office, retail and specialised properties. Sarah is actively involved in capital valuations, rental assessments and broader property advisory services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sarah worked in an accounting firm in Perth where she focused on customer relations and assisting with baseline accounting work.
Outside of Colliers, Sarah is working towards completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at Curtin University and maintains an active role in the industry as a Student Member of the Australian Property Institute.
