Since joining Colliers in 1991, John has held various transactional, operational and innovation roles before taking the helm as CEO in 2006. In February 2020, he was appointed CEO, Asia Pacific. With 29 years of experience with Colliers, he has overseen the growth of several successful teams, including leading the NSW business and the national Industrial business for 15 years. Having joined Colliers International in 2016, my career has spanned 20+ years leading Finance and Technology functions including large scale transformations, developing business & cost effectiveness strategies, business planning and strategy - both globally and across Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Colliers International I held various leadership positions at Scentre Group (formerly Westfield), Hewlett Packard (HP) Financial Services, Compaq Computers and an early career in the Chartered Accounting profession at BDO Nelson Parkhill.
As the Austraian CFO for Colliers International and as a member of the AU Executive I have responsibility for organisational wide leadership, driving sound financial strategy and control, plus ensuring effective risk management across the Au business.
Having joined Colliers International in 2007, my career has spanned 20+ years leading Finance functions including transformations, developing business & cost effectiveness strategies, business planning and strategy across the region.

Liz is the leader of the Australian Marketing and Communications Team, which integrates our Marketing & Communications, Business Development Centre (BDC) and Research teams to effectively promote our services, our experts and our brand to drive revenue growth and attract market leaders in line with our Marketing Plan.
Liz is also a member of the Colliers ANZ Executive Team and the Executive Leadership Team.

Joanne has over 15 years of experience working within property research and specialising in property data. Having previously managed a real estate data product with over 70 subscribers, Joanne has a strong track record of maintaining client relationships as well as delivering quality real estate data and insights.
Joanne leads and manages the Colliers Edge product which is the Colliers premium research data product for clients. Her role also includes maintaining and improving data management systems that the Research and wider business teams use to store and utilise our valuable datasets.
I have been with Colliers International for over 25 years and am the Managing Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services, Australia as well as the State Chief Executive of Victoria.
I have established a strong reputation in the Capital Markets space and have formed close relationships with major investors and institutions on a global scale. In recent years, I have negotiated some of Australia’s largest real estate transactions and have been instrumental in successfully brokering many substantial transactions with overseas investors entering the Australian market. My extensive connectivity in the global real estate market can unite capital with local expertise, regardless of location.
Our national Investment Services business represents market specializations including Capital Markets and Investment Sales. The two clear divisions servicing the Australian commercial office market ensures complete market coverage, efficiency and premium experiences and successes for our clients.
​As a long standing senior member within Colliers International, I have played an integral role in contributing to the business's success in Australia. I hold a number of senior positions with Colliers including a member of the National Executive Board. As the Managing Director of Australia's largest investment sales team, Matthew drives industry leading initiatives across Middle Market Office assets, Offshore capital, complex workout solutions in the Restructuring and Insolvency space and is proudly backed by a team of over 80 professionals at the forefront of the industry.
Matthew’s investment into relationships sees him deliver revenue, exceptional results and always exceed his client’s expectations. By doing what’s right for the team, the greater Colliers business and his clients, he has established himself as an exceptional leader within the business and the property industry.
Anna works in the Capital Markets team and is an expert in the Melbourne CBD and metropolitan office markets. Anna commenced her property career in 2012, working in commercial and industrial valuations. Given her background, Anna is widely regarded for her market knowledge and technical expertise. Her clients included a range of private investors, local and offshore listed real estate investment trusts, wholesale investment funds, superannuation and sovereign wealth funds as well as Government.
Anna was educated at the University of Melbourne, having a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Property.
Specialising in the sale of major shopping centres, Lachlan has managed the sale of over $18 billion worth of shopping centres, working with a wide range of clients including institutional, international and private investors.
In 2021, Lachlan’s team transacted the largest retail deal in Australian history, with the sale of Pacific Fair and Macquarie Centre for $2.2 billion. This deal represents the largest retail transaction globally since 2018. He also secured the second largest agency retail transaction in Australia at $1.00 billion in the sale of Pacific Werribee and Pacific Epping.
In 2019, Lachlan's team transacted 83% of all retail assets greater than $100 million, equalling a total of $3.58 billion in sales. These included:
• The sale of Westfield Marion, SA for $670 million (50% interest);
• The sale of Westfield Burwood, NSW for $575 million (50% interest);
• The sale of Garden City Booragoon, WA for $575 million (50% interest);
In the last 5 years, Lachlan has sold 8 out of the 9 Australian regional shopping centres that were presented to market, and has successfully marketed over 100 different assets. Lachlan has achieved the largest individual transaction in Australian history with the sale of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, QLD for $810 million (50% interest).

Megan joined Colliers in 2016 and is now National Director, Operations working alongside the Residential leadership team. Her role is to develop and execute the overarching business plan and drive national initiatives, ensuring the continued growth and success of Colliers Residential Australia.
An integral part of the business, working across Build To Sell, Build To Rent and Development Site Sales, Megans experience spans across business and people operations, and strategy execution. Since commencing, Megan has driven numerous industry-leading initiatives including the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showrooms and their expansion across Melbourne and Shanghai, as well as the establishment of Colliers Residential Build to Rent Platform.

Jemma joined Colliers in 2022 with over 14 years of commercial leasing experience. Jemma relocated to Perth in 2017 from Melbourne, where she was recruited to build and create an internal leasing business at Primewest and bring Office Leasing in house, after building a strong reputation in office leasing.
In 2019, Jemma was promoted to National Leasing Manager, following her transacting over 80,000sqm nationally of office leasing deals on behalf of Primewest and their institutional, corporate and private clients.
Well regarded amongst clients as a trusted advisor and as a market leader who provides innovative approaches supported by exceptional work ethic. Not only does she influence some of the most active landlords in Perth but sets a high standard of professionalism and work ethic for her industry colleagues. Jemma has been a leading influence in the recovery of Perth’s Office Market during an enormously challenging 6 years and continues to do so.
Jemma has been involved in successful leasing campaigns at One William Street and Exchange Tower on behalf of GIC (40,000sqm) and now 140 St Georges Terrace (29,000sqm) on behalf of Primewest/Blackrock.
Jemma is a major transaction and pre-commitment specialist in Perth having been involved in an array of large-scale building refurbishments and developments. Jemma concluded a deal with the Federal Government Services Australia to build their new office HQ of 4,500sqm down in Bunbury.

Milly is an expert negotiator within Colliers Melbourne CBD Office Leasing team. Milly’s diligence and proactive nature has seen her deliver exceptional results on a number of successful campaigns including 550 Bourke Street (15,000sqm) on behalf of the GPT Group, Melbourne Connect (10,000sqm) on behalf of University of Melbourne and Lendlease, 447 Collins Street (20,000sqm) on behalf of Cbus Property and ISPT.
In addition, Milly is an expert in the spec suites market having been involved in an array of successful suite campaigns across Rialto, 530 Collins Street & 550 Bourke Street.
Milly prides herself on getting to tenant’s first. She has an excellent track record of successfully brokering tenants and adding real value at every step of the transaction process. Around 78% of Milly’s transactions have been exclusively brokered.
Gavin is the Managing Director of Industrial & Head of Industrial Capital Markets, Australia at Colliers where he has been specialising in industrial property for 23+ years. Based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, Gavin manages a highly successful team of over 120 staff across every state and territory nationally in key industrial and logistics precincts.
Gavin specialises in National Industrial Capital Markets and has excellent relationships across a broad spectrum of institutional, international, and private investors. Over Gavin’s time with Colliers, he has completed hundreds of deals in industrial property, settling over $14 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 400,000sqm. Gavin enjoys a 75% market share of industrial capital markets share in NSW.
Gavin has worked extensively in the sale of industrial portfolios of up to 30 assets in one portfolio. Gavin and his team have sold 24/34 of all industrial portfolios in Australia over the last five years, including the AMP Portfolio ($105m), J.P. Gavin is a long-standing member of the Colliers team, having joined in 2000 as a graduate valuer. Gavin commenced with Colliers as part of their Scholarship Program and he was fortunate to work across multiple service lines and locations across Sydney, before settling in the Industrial team in Sydney South in 2001. PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked within the Research Department of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), then with a boutique firm of Valuers & Land Economists, where I was involved in the valuation of residential property predominantly for first mortgage security purposes, as well as commercial and retail rental advice.
Jennifer commenced her property career in 2008 and qualified as a Licensed Valuer with the State of Western Australia in 2010. Julia has over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management. She has a focus on building strong relationships with all stakeholders, meticulous financial management, proactive tenant retention strategies and future proofing assets. She supports the REMS NSW team to develop tailored asset management plans focused on delivering our clients investment objectives and increasing asset values through proactive management, improving building efficiencies and proactive capital expenditure programs.
Julia started with Colliers in 2010 and has had various roles within REMS during that time. Julia’s current role as Head of Office Management is focused on the strategic growth of the national Office portfolio as well as ensuring a high level of service delivery across the NSW Commercial and Industrial portfolio. Tanya Krejci is an accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years property experience in the areas of commercial, industrial , residential and corporate real estate portfolio and account management.
Currently employed as the National Director for Occupier Services, Tanya is responsible for the delivery of transactional, property and portfolio management and lease administration services for national property portfolios.

Richard joined Colliers in 2022 as State Chief Executive of our WA business.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Perth property market having held leadership positions in several major agencies and corporates. He is highly respected across the industry and leads our Western Australian team to maximise local opportunities across the national and Asia-Pacific landscape.
As State Chief Executive Richard is responsible for driving the growth of our Western Australian business across all service lines and asset classes. He is also a member of the Australian Executive Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the Australian business.
As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 300 staff. Simon also sits on the Australian National Executive Board.
Simon has been with Colliers for 25 years and is proud of the great culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients. Simon is heavily involved and has an excellent reputation in the Capital Markets area and has formed strong relationships with major investors and institutions both domestically and internationally.
During Simon's time with Colliers, he has completed mutliple transactions in the Industrial/Logistics asset class, settling over $10.1 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 650,000m². He has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 25 years.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
Specialising in office leasing precommitment, James has been actively involved in significant Adelaide CBD projects that have changed the city's skyline. Current projects include the Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre, Lot Fourteen on behalf of the Government of South Australia (Renewal SA) and Festival Tower with Walker Corporation.
In his role as State Chief Executive, James facilitates many opportunities throughout the local business on behalf of clients and customers of Colliers. Accordingly, his knowledge of South Australian property activity across all sectors is extensive.
James is an active leader demonstrated by high volume of referral activity, is an enthusiastic collaborator and leads the local Office Asset Class team.
Cameron Williams is the Managing Director of Office Leasing, leading a team of over 100 staff and more than 85 leasing operatives across Australia. Starting his career at Colliers in 1996 and with over 27 years of office leasing experience, Cameron is a recognised expert within the market.
Along with managing the Office Leasing national team, Cameron is the Director in Charge of the Sydney CBD office. Cameron is a member of the ANZ Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team.
Nick’s experience extends across a range of policy, corporate and operational roles throughout his 17 year career working for the Australian Government, and has provided him with an excellent understanding of Government activities and directions.
As National Director of Government Property Services, Nick is responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of our Commonwealth Government Business Plan to increase opportunities and revenue across the national business for Colliers International and its clients.

Karen is the Head of Hotels, Transaction Services at Colliers. Karen has over twenty years of experience in the hotel industry and in her current role specialises in hotel brokerage, operator selection and the provision of consulting services to owners, operators and government. She has an in-depth knowledge of the Asia Pacific hotel investment market and an ability to drive fresh capital into Australia’s hotel markets.
Since joining Colliers, Karen has worked on over $1 billion of hotel sales and provided strategic consultancy advice to more than 20 clients.
Prior to Colliers, Karen worked as Senior Investment Specialist Tourism Infrastructure at Austrade and her knowledge of new entrants into the growing Australian tourism sector is second to none. In this role, Karen hosted hotel and tourism investment attraction roundtables across Asia and participated in the Federal Government’s Northern Australia investment forum which brought 350 investors from 20 countries to Darwin in late 2015.
Prior to Austrade, Karen was Executive Vice President Research & Consulting for JLL where she oversaw the Asia Pacific research business and provided consultancy services to the Pacific hotel market. Consulting work included investment strategy, government consultancy, market research, forecasting and demand studies, competitor surveys, benchmark analysis and asset management.
Prior to JLL, Karen was employed as a hotel financial consultant with Dransfield Hotels & Resorts. She was involved in the provision of consulting services and the acquisition, development, and asset management of the practice’s resort management businesses.
Jon Barnes has extensive experience in all stages of development of major capital social infrastructure projects. His experience across contracting, consulting and financing environments has acquired a unique set of skills and attributes that enable him to understand major projects from varied perspectives. He has delivered projects under a wide range of procurement methods including Public Private Partnerships (PPP), Managing Contractor, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Design and Construction and Construct only. Jon has held Client Management roles at Director level within major Government delivery agencies within NSW and Victoria responsible for the procurement, design, delivery, and facilities management of the agency’s multiple capital projects.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2021, Jon was a Senior Project Director within School Infrastructure NSW, responsible for the management of the design and delivery of major school projects within NSW. He has also acted within similar roles for NSW Health Infrastructure and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Health Directorate where he was responsible for the planning and delivery of major tertiary hospitals. His considerable construction management experience was gained when employed as a construction Project Director within Tier One construction companies CPB and Thiess, where he was responsible for the delivery of two major hospital projects. Jon also has significant industry experience in the formation and delivery of PPP projects and gained this when he was employed by the former infrastructure development company Babcock and Brown.
Brent is a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) with over 20 years’ experience – most recently helping deliver several of Queensland’s most iconic development projects.
Brent is experienced in the planning, design and delivery of major urban development projects. Brent has specific expertise in due diligence and development advisory, project planning, scope management, Infrastructure Agreement negotiations, design management, cost estimating, tender and contract documentation, contract administration and Superintendent services. Brent also has extensive experience in negotiating development approvals with various Authorities. His recent projects have included:
• Pine Valley (Lendlease) – Proposed residential development over 254 ha.
• Morayfield South (Ausbuild) – Proposed 600 lot staged residential subdivision.
• Rocksberg (AV Jennings) – Proposed residential development over 210 ha site.
• Ripley Valley, Ripley (Satterley Property Group) – 800 residential lot subdivision at Ripley.
• Hayfield, Ripley (Goldfields) – 900 lots residential subdivision in Ripley.
• Caboolture West (Baycrown) – 700 lots over 2 parcels of land in Caboolture West.
• Harmony, Palmview (Avid Property Group) – masterplanned community including estate major works on Sunshine Coast.
