With 29 years of experience with Colliers, he has overseen the growth of several successful teams, including leading the NSW business and the national Industrial business for 15 years. As a long-standing member of the National Executive, Malcom has driven impressive growth while maintaining the company's market-leading culture, attracting industry leaders who think differently to produce exceptional results.

Having joined Colliers International in 2007, my career has spanned 20+ years leading Finance functions including transformations, developing business & cost effectiveness strategies, business planning and strategy across the region.
Prior to joining Colliers International I held various leadership positions at Cedar Consulting, Marsh India Pvt Ltd, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Pty Ltd.

I hold Bachelor of Commerce from University of Bombay (India). I am also a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from India and a CPA from Australia.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Colliers Australia, Simon is passionate about leading the business and providing a focus on growth. Simon has been with Colliers for 30 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993, working his way up to the Managing Director role in 2005, and now taking on the COO role from 2023. Simon holds several other senior positions within the company including the interim Managing Director of Occupier Services, a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Simon is a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
Liz is the leader of the Australian Marketing and Communications Team, which integrates our Marketing & Communications, Business Development Centre (BDC) and Research teams to effectively promote our services, our experts and our brand to drive revenue growth and attract market leaders in line with our Marketing Plan.
Liz is also a member of the Colliers ANZ Executive Team and the Executive Leadership Team.
Liz has 15 years experience specialising in leading strategic pursuits for global professional services companies and working with executive leadership teams to develop client growth and marketing strategies. Key skills include:

Courtney is the leader of the Colliers People & Performance team in Australia which includes experts from Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning & Development and strives to attract and create market leaders. A key component of Courtney’s role is to drive our enterprising culture which underpins our strategy for success.

Courtney joined Colliers in 2019 and has over 15 years’ experience across in a variety of people and culture roles across multiple industries including leadership roles across professional services, banking and property.
Joanne has over 15 years of experience working within property research and specialising in property data. Having previously managed a real estate data product with over 70 subscribers, Joanne has a strong track record of maintaining client relationships as well as delivering quality real estate data and insights.
Joanne leads and manages the Colliers Edge product which is the Colliers premium research data product for clients. Her role also includes maintaining and improving data management systems that the Research and wider business teams use to store and utilise our valuable datasets.
Gavin is the Managing Director of Industrial & Head of Industrial Capital Markets, Australia at Colliers where he has been specialising in industrial property for 23+ years. Based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, Gavin manages a highly successful team of over 120 staff across every state and territory nationally in key industrial and logistics precincts.
Gavin specialises in National Industrial Capital Markets and has excellent relationships across a broad spectrum of institutional, international, and private investors. Over Gavin’s time with Colliers, he has completed hundreds of deals in industrial property, settling over $14 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 400,000sqm. Gavin enjoys a 75% market share of industrial capital markets share in NSW.
Gavin has worked extensively in the sale of industrial portfolios of up to 30 assets in one portfolio. Gavin and his team have sold 24/34 of all industrial portfolios in Australia over the last five years, including the AMP Portfolio ($105m), J.P. Morgan Portfolio ($250m), Altis Portfolio ($342.5m), Qantas Portfolio ($802m) and GIC/Australand Portfolio ($1.073b).
Some major distribution centre sales that Gavin and his team have been involved in over the last two years include, the Calibre, Eastern Creek ($130.1 million), 1 Eucalyptus Place, Eastern Creek ($90.5 million), 3 Roberts Road, Eastern Creek ($253 millions) and 6-20 Clunies Ross Street, Greystanes ($76.6 million).
Gavin has focused on building deep relationships with his clients, providing the latest in-depth information about logistics markets across Australia, which in line with his extensive track record, has seen Gavin achieve record-breaking results for his clients.
Gavin is a long-standing member of the Colliers team, having joined in 2000 as a graduate valuer. Gavin commenced with Colliers as part of their Scholarship Program and he was fortunate to work across multiple service lines and locations across Sydney, before settling in the Industrial team in Sydney South in 2001. Over the last 20 years, Gavin has progressed through the industrial business including managing the Sydney South and Sydney South-West offices, before moving into the NSW State Product Director for Industrial in 2010.
Cameron Williams is the Managing Director of Office Leasing, leading a team of over 100 staff and more than 85 leasing operatives across Australia. Starting his career at Colliers in 1996 and with over 27 years of office leasing experience, Cameron is a recognised expert within the market.
Along with managing the Office Leasing national team, Cameron is the Director in Charge of the Sydney CBD office. Cameron is a member of the ANZ Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team.
Michael Tuck is a Class-1 licensed retail realestate expert and Head of Retail Leasing Australia at Colliers.

An integral part of the business, working across Build To Sell, Build To Rent and Development Site Sales, Megans experience spans across business and people operations, and strategy execution. Since commencing, Megan has driven numerous industry-leading initiatives including the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showrooms and their expansion across Melbourne and Shanghai, as well as the establishment of Colliers Residential Build to Rent Platform.

Karen is the Head of Hotels, Transaction Services at Colliers. She has an in-depth knowledge of the Asia Pacific hotel investment market and an ability to drive fresh capital into Australia’s hotel markets.
Since joining Colliers, Karen has worked on over $1 billion of hotel sales and provided strategic consultancy advice to more than 20 clients.
Prior to Colliers, Karen worked as Senior Investment Specialist Tourism Infrastructure at Austrade and her knowledge of new entrants into the growing Australian tourism sector is second to none. In this role, Karen hosted hotel and tourism investment attraction roundtables across Asia and participated in the Federal Government’s Northern Australia investment forum which brought 350 investors from 20 countries to Darwin in late 2015.
Prior to Austrade, Karen was Executive Vice President Research & Consulting for JLL where she oversaw the Asia Pacific research business and provided consultancy services to the Pacific hotel market. Consulting work included investment strategy, government consultancy, market research, forecasting and demand studies, competitor surveys, benchmark analysis and asset management.
Prior to JLL, Karen was employed as a hotel financial consultant with Dransfield Hotels & Resorts. She was involved in the provision of consulting services and the acquisition, development, and asset management of the practice’s resort management businesses.
Rawdon is a direct and to the point communicator that focuses on client’s long-term Agribusiness outcomes and objectives. Rawdon is a 5th generation rural landowner in Central QLD, well known as an Agribusiness trusted advisor who completes multiple discipline transactions. A regarded negotiator that is versatile, adaptive and outcome driven.
Rawdon is a focused specialist within Beef, Cotton, Carbon Farming, Horticulture & Grain commodity assets within agricultural that are either corporate farmers and traditional farming family owners or operators.

In 2021, Lachlan’s team transacted the largest retail deal in Australian history, with the sale of Pacific Fair and Macquarie Centre for $2.2 billion. This deal represents the largest retail transaction globally since 2018. He also secured the second largest agency retail transaction in Australia at $1.00 billion in the sale of Pacific Werribee and Pacific Epping.
In 2019, Lachlan's team transacted 83% of all retail assets greater than $100 million, equalling a total of $3.58 billion in sales. These included:

Julia has over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management. She has a focus on building strong relationships with all stakeholders, meticulous financial management, proactive tenant retention strategies and future proofing assets. Julia started with Colliers in 2010 and has had various roles within REMS during that time. Julia’s current role as Head of Office Management is focused on the strategic growth of the national Office portfolio as well as ensuring a high level of service delivery across the NSW Commercial and Industrial portfolio. Julia works with our State Directors to implement business growth strategies, a nationalised approached to client deliverables and ensures that REMS is constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.
Scott is a respected executive leader within the property and construction industry, with extensive experience working across the commercial, mining, aviation, data centres, residential and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining Colliers, Scott was previously the Managing Director of CBRE Project Management, where he provided executive level oversight across all major projects nationally. Prior to this role, Scott was the longstanding Director of Paragon Project Management in NSW. PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked within the Research Department of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), then with a boutique firm of Valuers & Land Economists, where I was involved in the valuation of residential property predominantly for first mortgage security purposes, as well as commercial and retail rental advice.
Richard brings significant executive leadership experience, market expertise and industry relationships to our expert team. Richard joined Colliers following 12 years at Dexus, where he was a member of the Office Executive team responsible for driving performance across the $24B office portfolio. Over this time, he established an extensive network across Australia’s largest occupier clients and was responsible for leading a team of high performing asset and leasing professionals. He brings specialist expertise in major development projects, project leasing, asset repositioning and portfolio investment across Australia.
Brent is a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) with over 20 years’ experience – most recently helping deliver several of Queensland’s most iconic development projects.
Brent is experienced in the planning, design and delivery of major urban development projects. Brent has specific expertise in due diligence and development advisory, project planning, scope management, Infrastructure Agreement negotiations, design management, cost estimating, tender and contract documentation, contract administration and Superintendent services. Over the last twenty years Rob has built an arguable and enviable reputation as the most dominant agent in the Melbourne Metropolitan office market, specialising in major project leasing and development sites.
Rob's unique perspective combines specialized experience and knowledge with a creative, solutions-driven approach to understanding and fulfilling his client needs. He has built strong relationships, delivered results and become a trusted advisor to some of the most prominent local and national investors and occupiers.
Since 2008 alone, Rob has sold $450 million in value of development sites and commercial investments and leased approximately 190,000sqm on behalf of Stockland, Australand, Investa, Goodman, Colonial First State Property and Salta Properties. In 2013 he assisted corporate clients with their accommodation needs including Pacific Brands, Country Road, The Good Guys, United Energy, Woolworths and GE.
Rob also leads a team of more than 30 professionals in the Colliers International Melbourne East business, offering a full range of specialist services including sales, leasing, valuations and property management in the office, industrial, retail and residential sectors.
As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 300 staff. Simon also sits on the Australian National Executive Board.
Simon has been with Colliers for 25 years and is proud of the great culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients. Simon is heavily involved and has an excellent reputation in the Capital Markets area and has formed strong relationships with major investors and institutions both domestically and internationally.
During Simon's time with Colliers, he has completed mutliple transactions in the Industrial/Logistics asset class, settling over $10.1 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 650,000m². He has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 25 years.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
Richard joined Colliers in 2022 as State Chief Executive of our WA business.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Perth property market having held leadership positions in several major agencies and corporates. He is highly respected across the industry and leads our Western Australian team to maximise local opportunities across the national and Asia-Pacific landscape.
As State Chief Executive Richard is responsible for driving the growth of our Western Australian business across all service lines and asset classes. He is also a member of the Australian Executive Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the Australian business.
Nick’s experience extends across a range of policy, corporate and operational roles throughout his 17 year career working for the Australian Government, and has provided him with an excellent understanding of Government activities and directions.
As National Director of Government Property Services, Nick is responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of our Commonwealth Government Business Plan to increase opportunities and revenue across the national business for Colliers International and its clients.

In his role as State Chief Executive, James facilitates many opportunities throughout the local business on behalf of clients and customers of Colliers. Accordingly, his knowledge of South Australian property activity across all sectors is extensive.
