Since joining Colliers in 1991, John has held various transactional, operational and innovation roles before taking the helm as CEO in 2006. In February 2020, he was appointed CEO, Asia Pacific. John is also part of the Global Executive team of Colliers and finds it a privilege to work with a select group of highly motivated experts who have driven our enterprising spirit globally.

Malcom is the Chief Executive Officer for Colliers in Australia, delivering on our business plan and driving our enterprising culture. Our company is underpinned by a clear set of values, designed to maximise the potential of property to accelerate the success of our clients and our people.
Over his 28-year career with Colliers, Malcom has had the opportunity to build and grow a number of successful teams. Prior to his current role, he led the NSW business along with the national Industrial business for 15 years. In 2005, Malcom joined the National Executive where the leadership group has steered our business to achieve incredible growth and reinforced our market-leading culture. Our business stability and continuity continue to attract market leaders, empowering them to think and act differently to drive exceptional results.

As the ANZ CFO for Colliers International and as a member of the ANZ Executive I have responsibility for organisational wide leadership, driving sound financial strategy and control, plus ensuring effective risk management across the ANZ business.
Having joined Colliers International in 2016, my career has spanned 20+ years leading Finance and Technology functions including large scale transformations, developing business & cost effectiveness strategies, business planning and strategy - both globally and across Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Colliers International I held various leadership positions at Scentre Group (formerly Westfield), Hewlett Packard (HP) Financial Services, Compaq Computers and an early career in the Chartered Accounting profession at BDO Nelson Parkhill.
I am responsible for enhancing the scale, the performance and the satisfaction of our Human Capital across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring Colliers is recognised as the employer of choice for the Property Services industry.
Liz is the leader of the Australian Marketing and Communications Team, which integrates our Marketing & Communications, Business Development Centre (BDC) and Research teams to effectively promote our services, our experts and our brand to drive revenue growth and attract market leaders in line with our Marketing Plan.
Liz is also a member of the Colliers ANZ Executive Team and the Executive Leadership Team.
Liz has 15 years experience specialising in leading strategic pursuits for global professional services companies and working with executive leadership teams to develop client growth and marketing strategies. Key skills include:

My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in retail property development, project leasing, site acquisition and disposals and property management.
I joined Colliers International after holding the position of National Business Manager for Stockland Commercial for 9 years. During this time I was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of just over $750M worth of Retail and Commercial assets.
Prior to my Capital Transactions role in Commercial Property, I was the Regional General Manager Leasing for the Stockland Shopping Centre portfolio.
Prior to Stockland, I was the National Leasing Manager for Lend Lease Retail here in Australia. I worked on some of Australia’s leading Retail projects including, Casuarina Darwin, Melbourne Central, Sunshine Plaza and Smithfield in QLD and Woden in the ACT. I was the Lend Lease Asset Manager for the Kiwi Income Fund and worked on several of their retail projects in New Zealand.
Prior to Lend Lease, I was a National Director with Jones Lang Wootton in both WA and NSW and ran the National Project Leasing team for again some of Australia’s best retail assets and Portfolios.
I also have a lengthy career in the media working for John Fairfax and Sons in TV and Radio for many years.
I have over 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry and in this time have gained valuable experience in all aspects of Property Management including providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with all stakeholders, increasing asset values through proactive maintenance and capital expenditure programs, tenant retention strategies, lease negotiations, financial reporting, dealings with Legal representatives and arrears minimisation.
I started with Colliers in 2010 and have had various Property Management roles within REM in that time. My current role as National Director of Private Clients is focused on business development and service delivery in the private client specialisation of Real Estate Management. I work with the SPD's to implement business development strategies, nationalised marketing collateral and ensure we are constantly delivering service that exceeds our clients’ expectations through a proactive management approach.
Because we treat every asset like it’s our own, we find solutions others don’t look for.
As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 300 staff. Simon also sits on the Australian Naional Executive Board.
Simon has been with Colliers for 25 years and is proud of the great culture of colloboration and knowledge sharing that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients. Simon is heavily involved and has an excellent reputation in the Capital Markets area and has formed strong relationships with major investors and institutions both domestically and internationally.
During Simon's time with Colliers, he has completed mutliple transactions in the Industrial/Logistics asset class, settling over $10.1 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 650,000m². He has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 25 years.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
Gavin is the Managing Director of Industrial & Head of Industrial Capital Markets Australia at Colliers, where he has been specialising in industrial property for 21+ years. Based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, Gavin manages a highly successful team of over 120 staff across every state & territory nationally in key industrial and logistics precincts.
Gavin specialises in the national industrial capital markets and has excellent relationships across a broad spectrum of institutional, international and private investors. Over Gavin’s time with Colliers, he has completed hundreds of deals in industrial property, settling over $14 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 400,000sqm. Gavin enjoys a 75% market share of industrial capital markets share in NSW.
Gavin has worked extensively in the sale of industrial portfolios of up to 30 assets in one portfolio. Gavin and his team have sold 24/34 of all industrial portfolios in Australia over the last five years, including the AMP Portfolio ($105m), J.P. Morgan Portfolio ($250m), Altis Portfolio ($342.5m), Qantas Portfolio ($802m) and GIC/Australand Portfolio ($1.073b).
Some major distribution centre sales that Gavin and his team have been involved in over the last two years include, the Calibre, Eastern Creek ($130.1 million), 1 Eucalyptus Place, Eastern Creek ($90.5 million), 3 Roberts Road, Eastern Creek ($253 millions) and 6-20 Clunies Ross Street, Greystanes ($76.6 million)
Gavin has focused on building deep relationships with his clients, providing the latest in-depth information about logistics markets across Australia, which in line with his extensive track record, has seen Gavin achieve record-breaking results for his clients.
Gavin is a long-standing member of the Colliers team, having joined in 2000 as a graduate valuer. Gavin commenced with Colliers as part of their Scholarship Program and he was fortunate to work across multiple service lines and locations across Sydney, before settling in the Industrial team in Sydney South in 2001. Over the last 20 years, Gavin has progressed through the industrial business including managing the Sydney South and Sydney South West offices, before moving into the NSW State Product Director for Industrial in 2010.
Richard joined Colliers in 2022 as State Chief Executive of our WA business.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Perth property market having held leadership positions in several major agencies and corporates. He is highly respected across the industry and leads our Western Australian team to maximise local opportunities across the national and Asia-Pacific landscape.
As State Chief Executive Richard is responsible for driving the growth of our Western Australian business across all service lines and asset classes. He is also a member of the Australian Executive Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the Australian business.
I have more than 30 years experience in the property industry with extensive relationships across institutional and major private owners throughout Australia. My experience includes the management of major assets and portfolios across Australia, across all asset classes and all categories of ownership, working for clients such as Challenger, Charter Hall, Grosvenor, ISPT, Macquarie University, QIC, IOOF, Mulpha, Mirvac, Dexus, Perron Group, REST, Glebe Administration Board, KAH Australia, Valad, Australian Unity, Far East Organization, Bunnings, EG Funds Management, Eureka Funds Management, Heathley Limited, Real I.S., Roxy-Pacific and Altis Property Partners.
In my current role as Managing Director, Real Estate Management, I am responsible for driving operational excellence and leading business growth for Colliers International Real Estate Management service.

We partner with our clients to develop and execute asset strategies to achieve their investment goals. Mitesh Gor is GM-Finance for Colliers – Australia responsible for financial management, internal and external reporting and taxation. I joined Colliers International group in 2007 as Manager - Financial Reporting.
Prior to this I was at Marsh India Private Limited as Financial Controller and Company Secretary. I have more than 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
I hold Bachelor of Commerce from University of Bombay (India). I am also a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary from India and a CPA from Australia.
Doug has over 30 years’ experience in occupier and institutional real estate and currently leads the Australian Occupier Services business at Colliers International. That comprises business specialising in occupier needs: tenant advisory, portfolio and transaction management and workplace management services. Doug's focus is on building long term strategic partnerships with major occupier clients and developing a highly coordinated approach to account management and delivering Real Estate solutions that align to business strategy.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked within the Research Department of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), then with a boutique firm of Valuers & Land Economists, where I was involved in the valuation of residential property predominantly for first mortgage security purposes, as well as commercial and retail rental advice.
As the Managing Director of the Office Leasing Division my team includes over 100 staff and more than 75 leasing operatives across every State and Territory. I have been with Colliers International for 25 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993 and worked my way up to Managing Director in 2005. Along with managing the Office Leasing National Team I hold a number of senior positions within Colliers including a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. I am a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor.
I have been with Colliers International for over 25 years and am the Managing Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services, Australia as well as the State Chief Executive of Victoria.
I have established a strong reputation in the Capital Markets space and have formed close relationships with major investors and institutions on a global scale. As the State Chief Executive Officer of the Canberra office I am part of the Senior Leadership Team of the Australian business. I currently run our National Government Services business and the agency business in the ACT.
I have been intimately involved in the development sector of the market for the past 30 years and consulted on more than 500 office and residential projects, with a major focus on institutional grade assets.
My experience in the office pre-commitment market is highlighted by my involvement in the delivery of the DoHA, DIMIA, DEEWR, Centrelink and Industry buildings, totalling in excess of 250,000sqm NLA. Other major projects I have been involved in include the new Human Services building in Greenway ACT (26,000sqm), ATO building in Albury NSW, ATO buiilding in Chermside QLD and National Archives building in Mitchell, ACT
I am advisor to the ACT Government (Australian Forum/City to Lake) and advisor to council members of the Australian National University Investment Fund. Through my GST knowledge I heavily influenced reforms on the Tax legislation on the margin scheme.
Cameron is an office leasing specialist who has focused on the pre-commitment market over the past 15 years within the Sydney CBD. Cameron has over 25 years of office leasing experience all with Colliers. He has been appointed to some of Sydney's most significant recent developments including Westfield Sydney City on behalf of Scentre Group, 5 Martin Place on behalf of Dexus and Cbus Property, 121 Castlereagh St (the re-development of the David Jones mens store) on behalf of Cbus Property and AMP Capital's flagship project, Quay Quarter Tower.
Cameron is the head of the NSW Office Leasing team in addition to being the Director in Charge of the Sydney CBD. Cameron is a member of the National Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership team.
Adam is a highly motivated, well rounded property professional with proven experience in deal origination and completion of major property transactions across all investment sectors. Adam’s specific experience has been working in a transaction team for a major public and wholesale institutional investment business.
He is particularly focussed on achieving the best results for his clients, with his ability to drive and generate well balanced, cost effective and collaborative solutions.
Specialising in office leasing precommitment, James has been actively involved in significant Adelaide CBD projects that have changed the city's skyline.
