As the Chief Executive Officer for Colliers in Asia Pacific, John leads our enterprising culture to ensure we embrace a growth mindset and always do what’s right for our clients, our people and our community across the region. By promoting our values, he ensures our experts maximise potential through collaboration and investing in relationships to ensure they are well positioned to lead our industry into the future. The loyalty demonstrated by our team and our clients have enabled Colliers’ record growth in both the Australia & New Zealand and Asia Pacific regions over the last decade and John is enthusiastic about our future growth potential.
Since joining Colliers in 1991, John has held various transactional, operational and innovation roles before taking the helm as CEO in 2006. In February 2020, he was appointed CEO, Asia Pacific. John is also part of the Global Executive team of Colliers and finds it a privilege to work with a select group of highly motivated experts who have driven our enterprising spirit globally.

Malcom is the Chief Executive Officer for Colliers in Australia, delivering on our business plan and driving our enterprising culture. Our company is underpinned by a clear set of values, designed to maximise the potential of property to accelerate the success of our clients and our people.
Over his 27-year career with Colliers, Malcom has had the opportunity to build and grow a number of successful teams. Prior to his current role, he led the NSW business along with the national Industrial business for 15 years. In 2005, Malcom joined the National Executive where the leadership group has steered our business to achieve incredible growth and reinforced our market-leading culture. Our business stability and continuity continue to attract market leaders, empowering them to think and act differently to drive exceptional results.

As the ANZ CFO for Colliers International and as a member of the ANZ Executive I have responsibility for organisational wide leadership, driving sound financial strategy and control, plus ensuring effective risk management across the ANZ business.
Having joined Colliers International in 2016, my career has spanned 20+ years leading Finance and Technology functions including large scale transformations, developing business & cost effectiveness strategies, business planning and strategy - both globally and across Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Colliers International I held various leadership positions at Scentre Group (formerly Westfield), Hewlett Packard (HP) Financial Services, Compaq Computers and an early career in the Chartered Accounting profession at BDO Nelson Parkhill.

Liz is the leader of the Australian Marketing and Communications Team, which integrates our Marketing & Communications, Business Development Centre (BDC) and Research teams to effectively promote our services, our experts and our brand to drive revenue growth and attract market leaders in line with our Marketing Plan.
Liz is also a member of the Colliers ANZ Executive Team and the Executive Leadership Team.

Managing Director | Residential
My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in Residential property development, project marketing, site acquisition and property valuation.
I rejoined Colliers International 11 years ago as Managing Director, and since then I have worked to grow my team and our Residential division by more than 300%.
Across the country we have successfully launched and sold over 100 Residential projects, and we have played an instrumental role in every aspect of these successes for our clients.
I have built a team that offers the complete end to end service for our clients and customers alike, from the site aquisition right through to the sale and settlement of every last apartment.
My 30+ years of experience in real estate, and genuine passion for property has seen me involved across numerous key industry bodies and groups, as well as the establishment of my own thought leading blog, projectagenda.com.au with over 4000 followers from within the industry.
Prior to my time at Colliers International, I held the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager for Stockland Apartments. During his time I launched and managed a national portfolio of major projects and led a large national sales and marketing team. Prior to this, I started and ran my own successful project marketing company, Realm Project Marketing, for three years specialising in large land estates, housing and apartment projects predominantly in NSW, providing a high level of service that extended beyond the traditional sales appointment.
In my earlier role at Colliers International I was the National Director, Residential Land Marketing, where I established a highly successful division which led to the appointment of our business to project market several major estates in Sydney and Melbourne, which commenced long lasting relationships that our business still maintains today.

I have been with Colliers International for over 25 years and am the Managing Director of Capital Markets & Investment Services, Australia as well as the State Chief Executive of Victoria.
I have established a strong reputation in the Capital Markets space and have formed close relationships with major investors and institutions on a global scale. In recent years, I have negotiated some of Australia’s largest real estate transactions and have been instrumental in successfully brokering many substantial transactions with overseas investors entering the Australian market. My extensive connectivity in the global real estate market can unite capital with local expertise, regardless of location.
Our national Investment Services business represents market specializations including Capital Markets and Investment Sales. The two clear divisions servicing the Australian commercial office market ensures complete market coverage, efficiency and premium experiences and successes for our clients.
As a long standing senior member within Colliers International, I have played an integral role in contributing to the business's success in Australia. I hold a number of senior positions with Colliers including a member of the National Executive Board. I am committed to the success of the business by providing our people with the tools they require to deliver incomparable service and results.

As the Managing Director of the Office Leasing Division my team includes over 100 staff and more than 75 leasing operatives across every State and Territory. I have been with Colliers International for 25 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993 and worked my way up to Managing Director in 2005. Along with managing the Office Leasing National Team I hold a number of senior positions within Colliers including a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. I am a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor.

Prior to joining Colliers International, I worked within the Research Department of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), then with a boutique firm of Valuers & Land Economists, where I was involved in the valuation of residential property predominantly for first mortgage security purposes, as well as commercial and retail rental advice.

My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in retail property development, project leasing, site acquisition and disposals and property management.
I joined Colliers International after holding the position of National Business Manager for Stockland Commercial for 9 years. During this time I was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of just over $750M worth of Retail and Commercial assets.
Prior to my Capital Transactions role in Commercial Property, I was the Regional General Manager Leasing for the Stockland Shopping Centre portfolio.
Prior to Stockland, I was the National Leasing Manager for Lend Lease Retail here in Australia. I worked on some of Australia’s leading Retail projects including, Casuarina Darwin, Melbourne Central, Sunshine Plaza and Smithfield in QLD and Woden in the ACT. I was the Lend Lease Asset Manager for the Kiwi Income Fund and worked on several of their retail projects in New Zealand.
Prior to Lend Lease, I was a National Director with Jones Lang Wootton in both WA and NSW and ran the National Project Leasing team for again some of Australia’s best retail assets and Portfolios.
I also have a lengthy career in the media working for John Fairfax and Sons in TV and Radio for many years.

Doug has over 30 years’ experience in occupier and institutional real estate and currently leads the Australian Occupier Services business at Colliers International. That comprises business specialising in occupier needs: tenant advisory, portfolio and transaction management and workplace management services. Doug's focus is on building long term strategic partnerships with major occupier clients and developing a highly coordinated approach to account management and delivering Real Estate solutions that align to business strategy.

Managing Director | Project Leaders
Scott joined Colliers International in August 2017 after Colliers acquired NixAnderson where he was previously Managing Director. As Managing Director of the Project Leaders division at Colliers, Scott leads a team of 60 talented and dedicated professionals. The team have a presence nationally and deliver projects for both landlords and occupiers across multiple asset classes including office, retail, industrial, hospitality sports & Leisure, health care and retirement living, and residential. Scott recently delivered the Northern Beaches hospital, a project Colliers is proud to represent.
With 20 years of industry experience Scott has been involved in all stages of the project life cycle, from delivering major complex projects through the bid, feasibility and inception stage, to design and construction and finally the asset handover to the end client.
As Managing Director of Project Leaders at Colliers International, Scott takes a personal and dedicated approach to ensure the needs of all clients are fully understood and delivered to a high standard.
State Chief Executive | Queensland
As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 200 staff.
At Colliers, we work hard to connect internally to share knowledge about our clients and deliver better outcomes for them. This team ethos is a strong part of our culture and keeps our people highly engaged and it has kept Simon wanting to be part of this great business for the last 20 years.
Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
Simon's background is in industrial property where he has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 20 years.
In 2015 Simon was involved in the sale of the GIC/Frasers portfolio totalling $1.073 billion. This is the largest and highest quality industrial sale on record in the Australian market.
And in 2017 Simon had the pleasure of marketing the Coca-Cola Amatil Campus in Richlands which was sold to Charter Hall for $157m, making it the largest single industrial asset sale in Queensland's history.
State Chief Executive | South Australia
Specialising in office leasing precommitment, James has been actively involved in significant Adelaide CBD projects that have changed the city's skyline. Current projects include the Entrepreneur and Innovation Centre, Lot Fourteen on behalf of the Government of South Australia (Renewal SA) and Festival Square with Walker Corporation.
In his role as State Chief Executive, James facilitates many opportunities throughout the local business on behalf of clients and customers of Colliers. Accordingly, his knowledge of South Australian property activity across all sectors is extensive.
James is an active leader demonstrated by high volume of referral activity, is an enthusiastic collaborator and leads the local Office Asset Class team.

Cameron is an office leasing specialist who has focused on the pre-commitment market over the past 15 years within the Sydney CBD. Cameron has over 20 years of office leasing experience all with Colliers International. He has been appointed to some of Sydney's most significant recent developments including Westfield Sydney City on behalf of Scentre Group, 5 Martin Place on behalf of Dexus and Cbus Property, 121 Castlereagh St (the re-development of the David Jones mens store) on behalf of Cbus Property and AMP Capital's flagship project, Quay Quarter Tower.
Cameron is the head of the NSW Office Leasing team in addition to being the Director in Charge of the Sydney CBD. Cameron is a member of the National Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership team.
With over 20 years in the IT industry specifically in the Financial Services and Energy industries, I have worked extensively in private and public enterprise for large corporations. I hold a Diploma of Project Management and am a Member of the Australian Computer Society (PCP status). My goals are primarily to excel in senior IT management roles working closely with senior business executives to implement IT effective strategies to help grow and differentiate the business in the markets we serve. I take pride in ensuring maintaining operational excellence whilst delivering new technology to the industries and businesses I operate in.

In order to continually develop and enhance the Corporate Marketing function at Colliers International, I will be drawing upon 20+ years of experience in the advertising industry. My experience covers many different specialist areas that will contribute to the success of Colliers including brand development, creative strategy, media strategy and digital solutions.
My relationship with Colliers started approximately 4 years before joining the business. I was previosuly Head of Agency Australia for Adcorp Australia who were providing advertising services to Colliers and I was involved at a strategic level to develop a brand strategy and point of differentiation that would result in a first to market initiative. As a result, I was a key player in bringing Project Blue to market which immediately differentiated Colliers in the market by changing the way property was advertised in print publications in conjunction with a digital media strategy that was a brand new initiative for the property industry.
One of my key strengths is understanding how a brand comes to life from the initial stages of qualitative and quantitative research, through to developing a strategically lead creative brief to protecting that brand with guidelines that are designed to strengthen it in the marketplace. Along with key marketing skills and a strategic approach to business, I am well placed to assist Colliers in maintaining a first to market reputation and continue to provide differentiators that will drive continued revenue growth.
