Over his career Peter has gained unrivalled rapport with Local and State Government, private owners, Listed A-REITS, wholesale funds, development companies and large retail companies/owner occupiers.
Peter manages the largest dedicated commercial, industrial and real estate management team in the Hunter Region.
Trent has enjoyed a career so far spanning over 25 years that commenced in 1993 undertaking industrial and commercial agency work in Newcastle. Trent commenced with Colliers International in 1999 and soon after began specialising in Industrial Sales and subdivision projects .
Trent is now the National Director of Industrial sales and leasing and has acted for a large number of notable clients, corporations and government agencies on Industrial projects throughout the Hunter Region and Central Coast of NSW.

Chris is the former Managing Director of the Colliers International Newcastle business, and has over 35 years of extensive property experience spanning all sectors of the market.
During his time as Managing Director of the Newcastle office from 2013 until the end of 2019, Chris was instrumental in the development and growth of the business, leading a team of over 35 dedicated staff in maintaining the leading market share position in Newcastle.
Chris, in his new role as Director of the Newcastle Residential Project Marketing team brings a wealth of experience to Colliers International’s extensive developer network. His experience in sophisticated negotiation solutions, residential development, property marketing and unrivalled local business network allows him to understand the Newcastle market in fine grain detail.
Chris has an in-depth understanding of property development and has been involved in the sale, construction and development of over $2 billion worth of residential, commercial, retail and industrial property. Michael joined Newcastle’s commercial sales and leasing team in July 2013. With over six years of experience selling and leasing properties throughout the Hunter Region with a proven track record of success, he has become well versed within the Newcastle market, specialising in a range of markets including Commercial and Retail Leasing, Investment Sales, Development Sales and Vacant Possession Sales.
During this time he has proven to be one of the most active agents in the industry, extremely motivated and a highly strategic operative that understands the sale and leasing process and market drivers. His extensive understanding of the commercial market and ability to generate leads via his local and national relationships has seen him achieve over $53,000,000 in sales and leases since 2017 and complete over 143 transactions in total.
During his time at Colliers International, he has worked with a range of clients including national institutions, retail funds, investment funds, banks, national corporate clients and various private local clients.

Luke joined the Colliers International Newcastle team in 2014 as an Executive, having a pure focus on commercial sales and leasing across the Newcastle Region. Over the course of his five year property journey, Luke has worked on a wide range of asset classes including Retail Sales and Leasing, Investment Sales, Development Site Sales, Commercial Leasing and Vacant Possession Sales. During this time, Luke has endeavored to forge himself as one of the most dependable and enthusiastic property experts in the Newcastle area with an attention to detail and a commitment to go above and beyond for his clients and colleagues. Having completed over 200 transactions in his career at Colliers International, Luke is constantly striving to improve his communication and negotiation skills, and cement himself as one of the region’s best. Ben is a team oriented, customer-focused sales professional with over 15 years’ experience operating in both Australia and Internationally. Ben is a key team member of Colliers International Newcastle, specialising in commercial sales and leasing. With refined communication and motivational skills to produce comprehensive results, Ben is an excellent negotiator who builds and maintains productive rapport, through the application of strong interpersonal skills.

Commercial Sales & Leasing
Up until 1 October 2013 Peter was the Managing Director of Colliers International (Newcastle) Pty Limited, having established the Newcastle office from a standing start in March 1999.
Since it's inception Colliers International Newcastle has established itself as a major force in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate in the region.
Peter is well known in buisness circles and he has many significant achievements to his credit both with Colliers and previously in other businesses.
Peter will remain at Colliers International Newcastle as a Contractor performing Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing functions.
Mark commenced employment with Colliers in August 2012 as a Senior Commercial Valuer before transferring to Newcastle Industrial team as a Research Analyst and Sales Executive in April 2014.
During Mark’s 17 year career in property valuation, he has gained a wealth of experience in a wide variety of assets ranging from commercial and industrial through to residential englobo, mixed use and medium density mixed use development sites.
Mark has worked on and delivered numerous major projects for some of Australia’s premier property developers and investors, as well as local, state and national government organisations.
Tim has had a career spanning over 17 years in the property industry, commencing in 2003 as a commercial property valuer operating in Sydney and Newcastle. This experience extends from valuing development sites to investment property for mortgage security, acquisition and asset purposes, amongst others. A major focus of Tim’s has historically been on the industrial sector within the Hunter Region. He has also provided valuation advice across all sectors within the Hunter and Mid North Coast market. Clients included institutions and property companies, together with the major financial institutions.
Tim's recent transition from a prominent commercial valuer to a sales and leasing executive in the Newcastle Industrial team, in such a short period of time, has reflected strong results for various clients given the diverse and interment knowledge of 'value add opportunities' to all asset types.
Tim's ability to assess a property and its sometimes 'hidden attributes' has allowed some of his clients to 'unlock the highest potential' of their assets.

Nick joined the Newcastle team of Colliers International as Executive in 2016, and has a pure focus on commercial and retail transactions across the Newcastle region.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Nick gained close to ten years’ experience in in the real estate industry, with the previous four years focusing on the sale and leasing of commercial and retail properties in and around the Newcastle area. Nick is proactive and highly self-motivated in delivering high quality customer and client service.
