My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in Residential property development, project marketing, site acquisition and property valuation.
I rejoined Colliers International 11 years ago as Managing Director, and since then I have worked to grow my team and our Residential division by more than 300%.
Across the country we have successfully launched and sold over 100 Residential projects, and we have played an instrumental role in every aspect of these successes for our clients.
I have built a team that offers the complete end to end service for our clients and customers alike, from the site aquisition right through to the sale and settlement of every last apartment.
My 30+ years of experience in real estate, and genuine passion for property has seen me involved across numerous key industry bodies and groups, as well as the establishment of my own thought leading blog, projectagenda.com.au with over 4000 followers from within the industry.
Prior to my time at Colliers International, I held the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager for Stockland Apartments. During his time I launched and managed a national portfolio of major projects and led a large national sales and marketing team. Prior to this, I started and ran my own successful project marketing company, Realm Project Marketing, for three years specialising in large land estates, housing and apartment projects predominantly in NSW, providing a high level of service that extended beyond the traditional sales appointment.
In my earlier role at Colliers International I was the National Director, Residential Land Marketing, where I established a highly successful division which led to the appointment of our business to project market several major estates in Sydney and Melbourne, which commenced long lasting relationships that our business still maintains today.

Andrew has been involved in the property and development industry for over 25 years overseeing in excess of 30,000 property transactions. Specialising in Residential Project Marketing, Blake works with the NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing and managing projects, and the sales team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works closely with the Managing Director, Peter Chittenden, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
He also works alongside the other NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing, and managing projects and the sales team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 25 years working for developers including Made and Crafted, the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the the $37m Anthology development in New Farm, 160 Macquarie St., St Lucia and a $55m project in Indooroopilly launching in May 2021.

As Director, Residential for Colliers International in the ACT , Shane leads a team of real etsate professionals responsible for the marketing and sale of residential projects, land estates, residential development sites and large englobo residential sales in Canberra and the surrounding region.
Shane works closely with both the Canberra and National Residential businesses to pitch, list and manage a range of residential projects to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients in the ACT and interstate. Providing expert advice on current and future market conditions, design, product mix and pricing of projects is the key to ensuring the very best return for developer clients. As a Director of the Canberra business, Shane is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team and works closely and collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.

Guillaume is recognised as one Sydney’s leading agents that specialises in the sale of Residential Development sites.
Having sold some Sydney’s iconic residential development sites in recent years, Guillaume’s reputation and experience as a proven performer has earned him the respect and confidence of his clients and peers.

Brendan has proven experience in development management, as well as valuation and advisory roles. He has transacted a significant number of development sites and since 2015 alone, he has personally been involved in over $750 million worth of development site sales.

Josh specializes in the marketing and sale of residential land, development sites and new projects in the ACT, from englobo to mixed-use sites, land lots in master planned estates, suburban residential blocks in established suburbs and new apartments and townhouses.
Josh accelerates the success of his clients by developing and implementing strategies to achieve a premium price for their property. Services include marketing through Colliers International’s Asian platform, client reporting and liaison, marketing budget management, strategy design and implementation as well as due diligence information management.

Chris is the former Managing Director of the Colliers International Newcastle business, and has over 35 years of extensive property experience spanning all sectors of the market.

Sales Director, Project Marketing
As a Director of Residential Project Marketing at Colliers International, Selda’s role is to fundamentally work side by side with our developer clients in order to seek opportunities and develop and implement strategies to accelerate their success with regards to residential property. Her knowledge and expertise in the project marketing arena is unparalleled coupled with her sales experience and capabilities, Selda provides a unique skill set and insights advising our valued clients. With recent personal notable sales including “The Penthouse at 111 Castlereagh St, Sydney selling for $35,000,000 and the two “Sub-Penthouses” selling for $19,500,000 and $18,000,000 respectively.
Selda provides critical advice to developers, including market insights, trends, gap analysis, development advice including product mix, size, design recommendations providing valuable advice around the saleability & liveability of a product, target buyers an pricing. In addition to this, Selda also directly sells off-the-plan properties thus providing a full circle service for our valued clients.

With over 35 years' experience in Real Estate, I have become an expert in prestige project marketing and auctions, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and integrity to the Colliers International residential team.
I work alongside my fellow Directors to manage and lead the NSW Residential team, overseeing the marketing and sales teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to our vendors and purchasers alike, and that they achieve success through their parnership with Colliers International.
Prior to my current tenure at Colliers, I owned and operated a successful franchise in Neutral Bay for 8 years focusing on auctions and high-end Residential before joining Colliers International for the first time in 1998. In 2007 I joined CBRE Residential Projects and was earmarked to grow the resale business and focus on high-end residential projects before then returning to Colliers International.
During my years in Residential Real Estate, I have been instrumental in some record breaking sales at Milsons Point, Neutral Bay, Potts Point, Abbotsford and most notably set a record in Sydney with the sale of the Hyde Penthouse for $12.5m. I take great pride in providing solid and honest advice to all my clients and building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, ensuring that I become their main point of contact for all their residential needs.

Trent brings unrivalled market knowledge: He is Director of Residential City Sales and has been involved in over 50% of all City of Melbourne developments in the last five years. He has been involved in Melbourne’s residential and commercial real estate market for 15 years. Over this time Trent has specialised across numerous professions including sales, development and valuations. Trent joined Colliers in 2014, having previously worked for more than eight years as a Director of Development Valuations at CBRE. During this time, Trent developed key relationships with property developers, Australia wide and internationally. In 2016 Trent transacted 25 development sites with a total value of over $850,000,000.
RacheI joined Colliers International (Residential - Brisbane) in July 2014 as a Project Manager, and currently holds the role of Associate Director responsible for project marketing across a portfolio of residential projects in Brisbane and South East Queensland.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology, with minors in Integrated Marketing Communication and International Business and a Bachelor of Contemporary Marketing from Griffith University.
Rachel began her career in the retail industry, working for 6 years as a retail store manager before transitioning into the property industry as a sales and property management assistant. Prior to this role, Ben spent 6 years in China and Taiwan working in the legal field and a further 5 years in Melbourne working as a solicitor.

Eugene has over 20 years experience in the property and construction industries including extensive experience with a major publicly listed developer and in the funds management environment. Eugene has extensive experience in large range of projects in various capacities including senior development and project management roles. He has been involved in many landmark complex developments such as Hayman Island, Discovery Point, Honeysuckle Newcastle, Port Coogee WA, King Street Wharf, Jackson Landing and Citibank Centre Sydney.
Eugene holds a deep understanding of property markets, development opportunities and construction projects established through extensive experience and involvement with a wide range of large scale property development projects from management positions and at the coal face.
He has managed most facets of development projects from inception to disposal. This includes acquisition, disposal, brief planning, feasibiliies, engagement of consultants, obtaining aprovals, marketing, sales and leasing. Eugene’s sales experience was founded with asset acquisitions and asset sales for a private fund manager. His diverse experience will assist clients to achieve success.

I have been the lead agent on many of Colliers International's Residential projects and have worked to successfully achieve significant presales in all our off-the-plan developments.

Jozef’s primary focus has been the CBD and inner suburban residential development market, however his thought leadership in alternate development sectors has presented a number of new challenges and insights into an ever changing market. Jozef’s previous experience as National Director of Development Valuations and Advisory Services at CBRE has established a strong and valuable relationships and a high integrity reputation.
