These include 35 Collins Street (30,000sqm on behalf of AMP Capital), 385 Bourke Street (16,000sqm on behalf of Dexus), 360 Collins Street (16,000sqm on behalf of Dexus), 664 Collins Street (25,500sqm new development on behalf of Mirvac) and 477 Collins Street (58,000sqm new Premium Grade development on behalf of Mirvac) and 101 Collins Street (releasing of 15,000sqm on behalf of AXA).
