Jennifer is a Manager in retail leasing with over 6 years of retail leasing experience. Jennifer specialises in leasing Melbourne CBD retail shops, arcades, and major retail projects. Jennifer has worked with many of Melbourne's major Landlords and Tenants, with a large portfolio ranging from small to large format CBD retail and projects, and has an extensive track record.
Tim is a Director of Retail Investment Services, leading the Victorian team with Mike Crittenden and specialising in the sale of neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail, hardware and and core retail sites. In 2021, Tim managed and transacted in excess of $350 million of core retail investment assets, bringing total sales to in excess of $1 billion.
Over Tim's 10 years in industry, he has transacted in excess of $1 billion of property, focusing solely on retail investments since joining Colliers in 2015. During Tim's time at Colliers, he has gained national and international transactional experience, including a 2-year secondment with the Retail Capital Markets team in London, UK.
