With experience in working for a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, Bonnie has a strong understanding of design coordination and the requirements of each engineering discipline. Having worked on projects from concept design throughout to final commissioning and design certification, Bonnie take a special interest to understanding the key issues both from a design and administration point of view.

From working closely with her clients on various projects at Colliers International Project Leaders, Bonnie has developed an understanding of internal and external stakeholder management and how to effectively communicate across a broad team. Bonnie has delivered a wide range of projects including hospital projects and has recently delivered $600m Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH) Private Public Partnership and $200m Wyong Public Hospital.

I am a highly organised and methodical Project Manager capable of managing competing priorities with thirteen years experience managing projects across design and construction.  I am particularly skilled at developing relationships and motivating teams to successfully deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations.   

Lyndsey is an outcome focused, energetic and strategic Project Engineer with a diverse wealth of experience most recently within a project management consultancy.  Lyndsey’s background in business working with a range of clients places her in a unique position for the role of Project Engineer, as well as having an eye for detail and being able to solve complex problems.

Lyndsey joined Colliers in 2020, having previously worked with APP Corp as an Assistant Project Manager - Program Solutions. In this role, she was engaged to define strategies and implement a Project Management Office within Program Solutions. Responsible for providing essential governance and support to the Project Delivery Team, including document control, continuous improvement exercises, knowledge management systems and program support.

Jessica is proficient at delivering quality projects, passionate about results and offers an appreciation for the role development plays in cultivating our environment and social being.

With 6+ years’ experience in the building industry, Jessica has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of architectural design, construction, urban design and project management. Jessica offers experience working with multi-disciplinary teams as well as independently on residential, education and commercial projects. She  has managed projects working directly with the client, relevant authorities and the construction team, seeing designs through to completion.

Following her professional experience working for private, public and personal clients, Jessica developed a thorough understanding of the processes involved in producing tender packages, coordinating with local councils, preparing development applications and communicating with key stakeholders to deliver high quality results.

Matt is currently in the process of completing his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Structural) - Honours degree at Western Sydney University. With this academic background, Matt presents a strong technical grounding and great problem solving.

Matt displays great enthusiasm and is focused on comprehending the project management discipline and applying this to the benefit of the client and stakeholders. He has showed a high level of attention to detail and aptitude in retaining project information.

Matt’s employment history working in fast-paced environments has allowed him to develop essential skills including communication as well as knowledge and expertise which allow him to uniquely tailor each project and ensure that the client’s brief and objectives are met at every stage.

Ed has over 8 years’ experience in construction project management and contracts administration, delivering design & construction projects in social infrastructure and across the commercial and residential asset class.

He developed a sound understanding of managing all stages of projects with NSW Government and private sector including procurement and the preparation of tender documentation, design review, and construction project management. Ed also has offshore experience in the EMEA region in delivering high-end residential developments, commercial fit outs, and cultural infrastructure projects.

Ed has a strong computer literacy including AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, SAP, TRIM (CM9), PMO365 and Aconex. With high attention to detail, he believes that the key to success for any project is understanding the clients’ requirements and maintaining a two-way communication.

With over 40  years of construction industry experience in the Sydney Metropolitan area and across Australia & New Zealand, John has extensive experience in all disciplines attributed to this Industry. John’s experience is based on a broad range of projects for both major corporate and institutional clients across the private and public sectors up to the value of $200 million.

Over the years John has been responsible for the overall performance and management of profitability and delivery in all matters of Construction Contracts including Lump Sum, Design & Construction, Construction Management and negotiated projects.

John has played leadership roles for various reputable construction companies including Triden Constructions, Reed Group, KB Hutcherson, Beach Constructions and Leighton Contractors, as the Senior Project Manager, Construction and/or Commercial Manager.  Now representative of the Principal in the project managemnt process of construction, John has undertaken the PM role  since 2004  in leadership roles for Nix Managemnt, NixAnderson and with the acquisition of NixAnderson in  2017 by Colliers,  has worked with the Colliers team of over 60 professionals across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra Adelaide & Perth.

John’s experience with Key Stakeholder engagement on projects has involved all manner of design & authority disciplines, end users and property owners to provide an accomplished overview for strategic management of the projects now undertaken for our clients. He has particular experience working in live environments on various educational retail and infrastructure projects of a complex and staged nature that require a continuity of operations of existing environments whilst engaging with the project team to execute a successful construction delivery.

As National Director, John also has knowledge and experience in managing in accordance with NSW Govt Codes and procurement guidelines, GC21 contract format and NSW Govt Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems..  Contract monitoring, construction review and the continued implementation of the contractor’s developed WHSMP is  to focus a large project team’s effort to deliver a successful project in a safe manner.

Lizza is a results orientated Project Management and Development Management professional with 20+ years’ experience.

She possess in-depth experience in Commercial Tower Developments, Corporate Office Fitouts, Retail, Mixed Use, Residential and Childcare. Development sites include brown field, staged or new developments across a diverse range of projects from small to large scale.

Lizza prides herself on her ability to de-risk a project and ensure that the client’s objectives are planned and delivered through every stage. She has undertaken due diligence for acquisition, managed multi-disciplinary teams of design consultants, contract procurement, tender negotiations, project management and construction management

Jock is an outcome focused, energetic and strategic Project Engineerwho joined Colliers in 2020. Jock’s background in civil engineering and project coordination has given him a solid technical grounding and a knack for problem solving. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors from a variety of disciplines and organisations has seen him utilise his strong communication skills to develop strong relationships in the industry. Jock has experience across both small and largescale education, retail, and commercial projects. Beginning his professional career in landscape maintenance and construction, Jock has enjoyed the transition from ‘on the tools’ projects to the management of projects.
