Alex and his team specialise in the the provision of valuation and consultancy services to the rural and agribusiness sector on a national and international basis. They have specific skills in the wine, forestry, agriculture, horticulture, fisheries/aquaculture and large scale grazing and cropping sectors. The team also has plant and machinery qualifications, and deal with complex and specialised assets including large multi-jurisdictional portfolios on a regular basis.


26 years experience in Australian rural property. Prior to valuation specialisation Alex provided oversight to major property marketing campaigns, auctioneering, negotiation and deal structuring. Previous positions held include Director-Agri valution & advisory McGees Property, Consultant - SA government valuation services, 16 years service at Elders Limited including positions as State Manager SA/NT Elders Real Estate (rural); State Sales Manager SA/NT Elders Real Estate (all).
