I first came to know Alissa Woods when she called directly to discuss my current lease and future requirements. We had told her that we had attempted to move before but couldn’t find the right space. I was recruited to the Colliers International Office Leasing team in November 2015 after building a strong reputation as an up and coming office leasing agent in the Melbourne market.
In 2017, I was promoted to Associate Director, Office Leasing following an outstanding 2016 having transacted 77 leasing deals on behalf of institutional, corporate and private clients. I strive to exceed all client expectations and ensure I always provide the highest level of client and customer service.
Thus far in 2017, I have successfully concluded 100 leasing transactions totalling 64,419sqm on behalf of my clients. 83% of these transactions were brokered which is a testament to my strong work ethic and diligence.
I have been involved in successful leasing campaigns at 385 Bourke Street (15,000sqm) on behalf of DEXUS and 2 Lonsdale Street (20,000sqm) on behalf of ISPT. This campaign also won the REIV award for Best Office Leasing Campaign for 2017.
I work diligently for my clients and am currently appointed on iconic buildings across Melbourne including Rialto, 120 Collins Street & 447 Collins Street.
