Alysia has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial estate markets across Australia and North America. Prior to joining Colliers as Director of Capital Markets, Industrial VIC, Alysia spent 13 years working for Australia’s largest listed industrial REIT, Goodman Group. Alysia has managed more than A$11 billion of transactions, both on the buy and sell side, as well as several years of experience in the management of unlisted wholesale funds globally.
Alysia also has significant experience in the rezoning and divestment of development sites across Sydney and Melbourne with a specific focus on key markets where industrial land has traded to residential or mixed use developers including Port Melbourne, South Sydney, Macquarie Park and Clayton.
Alysia joined Colliers in April 2018 as a Director in the Industrial team and is now the Head of Industrial Capital Markets in Victoria. In addition to this, she is the Director in Charge of the Sales & Leasing team in Melbourne’s fringe where there is a strong focus on industrial properties with higher and better use potential.
Alysia’s unmatched buy and sell-side experience, and longstanding relationships with key national and global institutional investors are a key point of difference which allows her to add significant value to her clients in the marketing and sale process.

Patrick is an Executive within the Capital Markets – Industrial Team based in the Melbourne CBD.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2019, Patrick spent time at CBRE as an Analyst with specialisation in the Logistics and Industrial sector. Having also gained experience through prior roles in Funds Management and Property Development, Patrick is a property professional with expertise across all stages of the property life cycle.
With an educational background in Commerce (Finance) & Laws coupled with substantial property experience, Patrick is an expert at delivering large-scale transactions from end to end.
