Amy currently has eight years’ experience in the property industry with direct experience in office administration and marketing over a wide spectrum of sectors. She is a Graduate of Public Relations and Management with a strong drive and motivation to take the appropriate steps towards a fulfilling and long-lasting career within the commercial property sector.
Amy joined Colliers International in April 2016, since commencement Amy has worked within a number of departments including the Rural & Agribusiness Valuation & Transaction Services team and the Valuation & Advisory Services team.
Looking for further development within her career, Amy now works within the Colliers International South Sydney team supporting the National Director of Property Sales & Leasing, Trent Gallagher. Becoming a member of the South Sydney team has enabled Amy to gain a further breadth of knowledge of the commercial property market and has also reinforced her capabilities as an invaluable administrative and marketing assistant.

Trent has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and in that time, he has thrived in this competitive industry and established himself as one of the most highly esteemed agents within the industry. He has honed his skills in varied markets whilst specialising in development sites, commercial buildings and industrial properties from which he has gained immense property knowledge. Since coming to Colliers, he has excelled across the property spectrum and has become known for his hard work becoming the leading agent in the South Sydney, Sutherland Shire and South West markets.
Trent has been involved in some of Sydney’s most notable sale transactions which includes the Ausgrid owned mixed use development site at 130 Joynton Ave for $183M, the old Toyota HQ at 13 Endeavour Road, Caringbah for $170.5M and the Qantas investment and land portfolio at Mascot for $802M. Trent has also been involved in some of Sydney’s most notable industrial and commercial leases along with notable pre-lease transactions which includes the new 18,000m Harvey Norman warehouse at Casula.
Trent continues to endeavour to be at the forefront of the industry with innovative methods in canvassing, marketing and strategic sales. He strives to actualize the goals of his vendors and work hand in hand with prospective purchasers to ensure all parties achieve the best result efficiently.
Trent takes personal pride in his responsibilities to his clients and delivering service excellence across a variety of situations with his experience and knowledge to recognise and assess any industrial, commercial, retail or residential development site requirement. Edward has years of experience in the property industry and has successfully set current industrial land, freehold and strata records in the Sutherland Shire market.
Edward has gained exceptional property knowledge of the South Sydney, St George, Sutherland Shire and Inner West markets, and forged excellent relationships with key local, national and international buyers and tenants. He has risen quickly through the ranks since starting with Colliers, obtaining the Industrial Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and being promoted to Director in 2021.
Edward's skills broaden from vacant possession sales, leasing, investment sales and project marketing for a range of private and institutional clients making him an invaluable member of the South Sydney Colliers team.

Hamish joined Colliers in May 2017 as a Graduate and gained valuable exposure to Retail Investment Services, Retail Valuations and Office Leasing assisting these teams with various admin and analysis tasks. He then transitioned to a Analyst role with Office Leasing assisting with all leasing matters from lease analysis to presenting data to clients and the wider Sydney Office Leasing team which progressed into an Executive role with the Office Leasing team and securing appointments of up to 10,500sqm of space.
This experience has been intrinsic to his understanding of Commercial property values and tenant expectations as a whole. Hamish now focusses on the Industial property sector operating from the South Sydney office and he is committed to understanding his market and specialises in the sale and leasing of Industrial and Commercial property in the South Sydney, Inner West and South West property markets.
