Andrew joined Colliers in May 2022 and is the Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, Queensland. Andrew is a Registered Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) in Queensland and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).

Since 2015, Andrew has specialised in the valuation of Service Station assets in Southeast Queensland and Regional Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.  Andrew is skilled at delivering Freehold leased (standalone, mixed use and ground leased) valuations, Leasehold valuations (business interest), Going Concern – Walk In Walk Out, Rental Valuations, Rental Determinations, As If Complete, feasibility valuations and acquisition/disposal due diligence advices.

Andrew has also been engaged as an Expert Witness in matters before the Queensland Supreme Court providing detailed and analytical reports addressed to the Court.

Backed by extensive industry experience and Colliers’ best in house platforms, Andrew produces unbiased, reliable and confidential advice to leading industry participants and active industry lenders.


Since 2015, Andrew has valued in excess of 500 service station assets ranging from small independently operated sites to corporately leased or operated highway service centres and marina refuelling facilities.

Andrew is a respected provider of valuation services to major banking institutions such as ANZ, CBA, NAB, Westpac, Suncorp, Bank of Melbourne and Judo Bank.

Corporate clients include Ampol, BP Australia, 7-Eleven and Freedom Fuels.

Major portfolio clients include Marano’s Fuels, Tropic Petroleum, Wessel Petroleum, SJS Fuels and Boss Group Australia.

Whist at the Queensland Government’s office of the Coordinator-General, Andrew was the Project Manager assigned with the delivery of compulsory acquisition and compensation management for the Queensland Children’s Hospital , Abbot Point State Development Area, Callide Infrastructure Corridor, Gladstone State Development Area, Curtis Island and Targinnie precincts and the Gold Coast Desalination Plant.
