Anty joined Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services Hotels team in Sydney as an Assistant Valuer in May 2022.
In Anty’s current role he assists with the preparation of valuation reports and advice under the guidance of the senior team for Colliers’ financier, investor, developer, owner and occupier clients. Anty has had exposure across the office, retail and industrial and now hotels asset classes.
Anty graduated from Lincoln University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management majoring in Urban Valuation and is currently working towards obtaining his CPV.

Head of Hotels | Valuation & Advisory Services
As Head of Hotels, Valuation & Advisory Services, Christopher oversees the strategy and operations of the national hotels team, to ensure the sustained growth and success of the Valuation & Advisory Services service offering.
Chris has over 16 years’ experience in the valuation of 'Going Concern' properties including Hotels, Motels, Serviced Apartments, Backpackers, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Build to Rent and other accommodation property types together with Car Parking Facilities.
Outside of Colliers, Chris maintains an active role in the property valuation industry as Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
I joined Colliers International in 2019 as Assistant Valuer, Hotels for the Valuation & Advisory Services team. I specialise in hotel valuations across both single assets and portfolios.
Our services range from financial reporting valuations, insurance requirements, mergers, acquisition and disposal, rent reviews, due diligence reporting to capital raising and feasibility studies.
In addition, I am in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Property Economics at University of Technology Sydney.
I maintain an active role, outside of Colliers International, in the wider property industry as Member of the Young Property Professionals, Australian Property Institute.
