National Director, Project Marketing | Residential
Ben joined Colliers Residential Victoria to lead the Relationship Management team in 2015. Prior to commencing with Colliers, Ben’s expertise was in the legal profession.
He worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Beijing for 3 years and then as a Solicitor in Melbourne for another 5 years, gaining invaluable experience in professional services and building strong relationships in Asia.
In his role as Director, Ben has established himself as an integral part of the team, leading the sell-out of several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential projects, including the recent sale of the two penthouses at Collins Arch. These residences were the final two in the building, resulting in the complete sell out of the project.
Driving innovation and strategic growth within the business, Ben lead the expansion of Colliers Residential Victoria’s team within China through the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ Shanghai showroom in 2021.
Ben is known as a great leader and a supreme communicator, utilising his English and Mandarin language skills fluently and interchangeably as required.
“I thrive on building strong relationships with people all over the globe. I am proud to have built a wonderful team of relationship managers who are able to also forge strong connections with Partner Agents and buyers throughout Asia. – Ben Gearing
