I joined Colliers International in May 2015, following 2 years previous experience at a boutique Valuation firm, based in the Sydney CBD, where I was involved in the valuation of a broad range of assets, for varying purposes.
I currently assist and work closely with Dwight Hillier, Jonathan Petsalis, Cassandra Mortimer and Ben Masters.
The move to Colliers International presented an exciting opportunity to further develop my skills in valuation with a focus on commercial office assets in Sydney CBD and City Fringe. The diversity and dynamics of the property industry keeps me interested and passionate about what I do.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers International, I worked within the Research Department of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), then with a boutique firm of Valuers & Land Economists, where I was involved in the valuation of residential property predominantly for first mortgage security purposes, as well as commercial and retail rental advice.

Dylan joined Colliers International as Manager of Specialisations, for the Valuation & Advisory Services business, in 2017.
Now, as Director of Specialisations, Dylan specialises in the valuation of freehold and leasehold self-storage facilities, service stations, child care centres and other education infrastructure throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Dylan undertakes valuation assignments for market value for first mortgage security, financial reporting, disposal due diligence, insurance development, feasibility, rental assessments and determinations. Notably, Dylan has also had considerable exposure across all asset classes.
Dylan’s excellent organisational skills and attention to detail allow him to complete significant assignments within the requested timeframes to a high standard.
