Ben joined Colliers in 2018 as a research analyst, working closely with the residential and commercial teams.  Ben delivered valuable information to assist with market and economic overviews, demographic information and research reports to deliver to key project stakeholders.

In 2021, Ben transitioned into the Investment Services Team in the role as an Executive, he has successfully transacted over $25,000,000* across over 50 sale and lease deals. With a background in research and an understanding of the key property drivers as well as the analytical side of the industry, Ben is able to confidently articulate to parties where the inherent value lies within each opportunity as well as value-add potential.
