Andrew has been involved in the property and development industry for over 25 years overseeing in excess of 30,000 property transactions. Having worked on both the developer and agency side he has a thorough understanding of the acquisition, development and project marketing of residential subdivisions, masterplanned communities and medium and high density projects throughout Queensland.

Andrew is a qualified accountant commencing his career with AV Jennings responsible for the the South East Queensland Housing Division. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 23 years working for developers including the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, Pindan and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the the $37m Anthology development in New Farm, the $100m 25 storey Mahala development in Mermaid Beach, The Hills Townhouse project at Everton Hills developed by The Sunland Group.
I am a Director of the residential business for Colliers International specialising in the delivery and marketing of residential land and townhome developments.
I commenced with the company in 2005 and have provided consultation to developers on product, pricing and strategy across a range of residential land and townhome developments. I have provided services for some of the best performing developments in our business and have attained a wealth of project marketing experience with over a decade of service.
My experience, understanding and involvement in the industry has given me the ability to consult and manage all aspects of project marketing residential communities from their conception to their completion.

Joining Colliers International in 2014, Adam specialises in the sale and marketing of residential development sites in the Greater Brisbane region as Manager of Colliers International's Residential site sales team.

James has a diverse background as a residential development valuer and extensive experience in Project Marketing sales across apartment, townhouse and land projects. James’ focus is on the sale of residential development sites suitable for apartments, townhouse and subdivision projects throughout the Gold Coast & Northern New South Wales.
James holds a Bachelor Degree of Urban Development (Property Economics) with Queensland University of Technology and is recognised as a Registered Valuer in Queensland with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland.
James has a diverse education and career background in the property industry which he utilises to draw on his knowledge base to add value to every transaction.
Manager, Government Property Services
As a Leasing Manager within the Government Property Services Team, I look after the Ministerial and Parliamentary services portfolio across Queensland and Northern Territory alongside our property partner Ventia.
In this role, I have daily communication with Commonwealth delegates in regards to the department's property requirements in conjunction with local and national contacts.
My background in commercial property contracts administration and legal services has allowed me to transition into this role with an eye for detail and a focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
