I began my property career in the legal sector 5 years ago as a paralegal, which affords me a perspective of the Canberra property market which differs from most of my colleagues. I have worked at two leading property firms within the Canberra region, finishing my time in the legal sector working under the pre-eminent property lawyer in the ACT.
I chose to shift from the legal sector as I desired to work more directly with stakeholders, and I found my interactions with the range of people involved in a deal the most enjoyable aspect of the job. Under the close guidance of Aaron Bruce and Michael Caecis, I am seeking to specialise in office and retail leasing throughout Canberra, primarily in the CBD, and the immediately surrounding suburbs.
Having worked on a diverse range of property transactions, from large commercial purchases and sales; to smaller individual residential transactions; to commercial leasing, I have the breathed of exposure to ensure I understand the needs and priorities of any client, big or small.
I look forward to facilitating the best and most successful transactions for my clients, from a new and different perspective.
