Cameron is an office leasing specialist who has focused on the pre-commitment market over the past 15 years within the Sydney CBD. Cameron has over 25 years of office leasing experience all with Colliers. He has been appointed to some of Sydney's most significant recent developments including Westfield Sydney City on behalf of Scentre Group, 5 Martin Place on behalf of Dexus and Cbus Property, 121 Castlereagh St (the re-development of the David Jones mens store) on behalf of Cbus Property and AMP Capital's flagship project, Quay Quarter Tower.
Cameron is the head of the NSW Office Leasing team in addition to being the Director in Charge of the Sydney CBD. Cameron is a member of the National Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership team.

As the Managing Director of the Office Leasing Division my team includes over 100 staff and more than 75 leasing operatives across every State and Territory. I have been with Colliers International for 25 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993 and worked my way up to Managing Director in 2005. Along with managing the Office Leasing National Team I hold a number of senior positions within Colliers including a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. I am a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor.
I have been a Sydney CBD office leasing specialist for over 15 years and specialise in pre-commitment leasing of new developments and re-positioning of existing assets for lease.
My background as a Tenant Representative sees me uniquely placed to assist my Landlord clients to identify and secure tenants for their assets. I pride myself on delivering results on behalf of my clients and always strive to deliver service excellence.
Before transferring to Sydney CBD Office Leasing, I spent seven years with Colliers International's Corporate Services division, first in London and then moving to Sydney, servicing the property requirement of a variety of multinational corporates such as Cisco Systems, British Telecom and Shell.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I worked with a boutique property consultancy where I provided portfolio management services and strategic real estate advice to companies such a Southcorp (Fosters), Goodman Fielder and Tabcorp.
I have been working in the property industry since 1997 and with Colliers International since 1999. I have been a Director with the Sydney CBD Office Leasing team since 2007.
John has been a Sydney CBD office leasing specialist for the past 17 years. John’s specialization is pre-commitment leasing and re-positioning of commercial office buildings. He prides himself on delivering results on behalf of his clients and always strives to deliver service excellence.

Frank commenced his career in the property industry in 1997 and has completed over 500,000sqm of transactions during this time. Frank specialises in large scale pre-commitments, asset repositioning and major building refurbishment projects.
Frank has worked hard to position himself as a leading Sydney agent with unrivalled reach across the Sydney CBD, North Sydney and Metropolitan markets. Frank has developed a strong network of contacts and provides direct access to top-level decision makers and major tenant representatives.

In July 1997, I commenced with Colliers International heading up the North Shore Leasing Team. In December 1998 I was promoted to restructure and lead the now highly successful leasing team in the Metropolitan markets of Sydney.
I specialise in working with major clients to develop leasing strategies for their portfolio/property. By understanding what drives demand, I have been instrumental in positioning major leasing appointments and security quality covenants driving rental growth, hence improving the capital value of the asset.
