Professional Summary

I joined Colliers International’s Perth office in February 2003.  In 2012 I joined the Strategic Building Solutions Division as Business Manager.  I was responsible for coordination of the operations required to support the business of the Strategic Building Solutions division including the planning and maintaining of systems, documentation and procedures for operating efficiency. 

I now head up the eCommerce Division for Business Services developing web based technologies through technological solutions in property to increase productivity, enhance services and provide best in service to our clients.

I have over 20 years experience in the real estate industry and over 30 years experience within the Information Technology Industry and Microsoft Products with specialisation in IT based Graphic Design/Web Development.

Prior to joining SBS I had responsibility for all Corporate Branding Guidelines, Marketing and Advertising for the Perth Office.

Accomplishments

The development and implementation of all the Property Web Portals for our management properties which include Public, Tenant, Owner and Management Access with Document Management Systems, Work Request Systems and Management Tools.  Additional development has been completed to link of Work Request System to our accounting software providing imprvoed productivity in both management and trust accounts together with accurate reporting.

I was responsible for the devleopment and roll out of our Preferred Contractor System in Western Australia registering all contractors to ensure compliance for insurances and licenses, preferred rates, and a basis on which to monitor the performance of our contractors. The continuing development of this system has included a Evaluation System by Star Ratings where our property managers rate each work order when completed and also enabling the star rating system for contractors to rate our staff.

Development of ePlatinum our VIP referral service to our residential occupiers providing retail goods and services through our Preferred Contractor System.

I developed the Document Audit Checklist which sits across our Document Management System on our web portals.  The list provides our management teams with a snapshot of compliance documentation uploaded on the system.

Another initiative to support the Work Request System was the development of the Quotations Module allowing requests to our Preferred Contractors for quotations, enabling contractors to upload their quotations to the system, recommendations can be made from the module and acceptance of quotations automatically channelled to the Work Order System.

I participated in the National Branding and Marketing Committee and was responsible for developing design elements on a national level.

The roll out of the Colliers On-Line Real Estate (CORE) database produced in Boston USA by Colliers International.
