As the Managing Director of Colliers International Toowoomba, Dan considers himself to be the opposite of a stereotypical real estate agent. Formerly a police officer, it is ingrained in his personality to be straightforward and transparent. His clients appreciate that he calls a spade a spade and they know that the information they receive from Dan is genuine.
While policing and real estate seem worlds apart, there is a common thread of service to others that Dan finds rewarding.
In his specialist field of commercial property, he thoroughly enjoys helping others succeed. Whether that is by assisting others who are ready to take the next step with their business, by securing premises, building an investment portfolio or completing the sale of an asset. Nicole started her real estate career in 2013, having a desire to work in the industry as a result of her previous role in conveyancing.
Commencing in administration, and then progressing into office management while undertaking a contracts administration role, Nicole quickly acquired invaluable experience and knowledge across many departments.
Now an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Dan Dwan, Nicole provides sales and marketing support to the Commercial Sales and Leasing team and assists with the day to day running of the Colliers International Toowoomba office.
Inherent to Nicole’s nature is a sincerity and transparency which complements her devotion to excellence and to consistently achieve the best standard of service for her clients.
Born and raised in Toowoomba, her knowledge of the area means she has a vested interest in what happens within our community.
Nicole is always available to offer advice, answer any questions regarding the sales process and provide regular feedback to her clients.

Justin joined Colliers International Toowoomba in 2014 and has since then established himself as the office and retail asset class specialist.
His career began in the 1990s working in and managing various hotels, restaurants, cafes and retail stores; building his commercial knowledge and managerial skills to a level that garners respect from his peers.This early experience has given Justin an in-depth understanding of how businesses can successfully operate within the Toowoomba market and the importance that small to medium enterprises play in our local economy.

Mike Turley is a passionate and enthusiastic, goal driven individual who is always looking to provide exceptional service to his clients.
Transitioning across from the automotive industry, Mike is a qualified engineer with 9 years’ experience in the trade. A strong sales and marketing focus, along with excellent customer relations led to a branch management position on the Gold Coast for the last 3 years, prior to moving to Toowoomba.
Originally from New Zealand, Mike has a passion for all things motorsport, having constructed and campaigned various race cars in New Zealand, Australia and the USA. Mike has also competed and won multiple races at a national level.
Mike is also passionate about sustainability and green technologies, holding a Permaculture Design certificate from the Permaculture College Australia and believes in maximising efficiencies wherever possible.
Mike joins the Colliers International Toowoomba Commercial team drawing from his experiences in a variety of occupations, with many people, from all walks of life.

Arthur Carpenter joined the Colliers International Toowoomba Commercial Sales and Leasing team in 2017.
With an extensive background in commercial finance, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce with a majors in Accounting and Information Systems Management, Arthur has demonstrated capability to look after simple to complex commercial real estate matters.
His background in commercial real estate is comprised of various roles including Commercial Sales, Commercial Projects and Administration before stepping into the role of Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive.
Prior to commencing a career in real estate, Arthur spent over 20 years based in Brisbane as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager creating financial solutions for the SME market.
Throughout his career, Arthur has negotiated leases and sales for local and national tenants in the Toowoomba commercial market in the office, industrial and retail sectors. Over the years, Arthur has also been involved in many commercial sales transactions for major projects in South East Qld.
