I first began my career in the real estate industry working as a Property Manager managing a mixed portfolio of 150 commercial and residential tenancies. My ability to work autonomously and efficiently allowed me to progress quickly to working alongside the Directors at Ray White Bondi Junction, assisting with the management of the office and their sales, following on then to an Executive Assistant role at Laing+Simmons Double Bay, selling and managing properties for clients in the prestige market.
Having worked in Australia's most prestigious real estate market assisting 2012 REINSW Agent of the Year, D'Leanne Lewis at Laing+Simmons Double Bay, and being awarded for my efforts during this time by receiving an Outstanding Personal Assistant Gold Award in the Laing+Simmons Network and being award for my Outstanding Customer Service was a significant stepping stone to my entry into Colliers International as part of the NSW Residential team.
My past roles have given me a breadth of experience ranging from commercial leasing and management, residential sales, leasing and managment, and off-the-plan marketing. My expertise in analytical knowledge, pricing models and demographic profiles has enabled me to go above and beyond in efficiently servicing both Colliers International's clients as well as our internal business, making me a valuable member of the Residential team working closely with our Directors to pitch and win business as well as provide continuous support and market advice.

My Team
My Team
My role as Finance & Accounts Administration Manager in the NSW Residential team has provided me with extensive and in depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the financial processes that run in the background of a successful project. My skills in managing our project databases and the accounting side of our project marketing divsion ensures a smooth transaction for our vendors and purchasers.
On a day-to-day basis I will liaise and work closely with our team of sales agents, our marketing team, the Project Directors, purchasers, vendors and solicitors, giving me a holistic view of the entire Residential project marketing process. My team rely on me to provide them with up to date information regarding the status of our projects and related contracts as well as ensuring invoices are generated and paid in a timely manner.
As a Director in the Colliers International Residential team, Ian is hands-on working with an expert team of Residential Property Sales and Sites specialists offering end-to-end Project Marketing.
At Colliers we offer a full suite of services from development site opportunities, advice on the right mix of product, floor plan designs, fittings and fixtures, market analysis and pricing, timing, and strategy of marketing initiatives through to display fit-out, public release, on-site sales and on-going property management.
We also work closely with the Project Consultants to manage the success of the project from the start including Architects, PR agencies , Creative agencies, Interior Designers, Lawyers, Surveyors and Local Businesses.
Ian is focused on leading the growth and development of the Residential Sales Team through providing diverse and integrated Residential Property Services, enhancing client engagement strategies, cross-selling and fostering service excellence amongst all our clients and customers.
Having worked for some of Colliers International's top clients such as Australand, Stockland, DHA and Capital Bluestone I have been able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the team with regard to what our clients wants and needs are when it comes to their projects.
Working alongside my fellow NSW Directors, we manage a large and diverse team of sales agents, all with skills and expertise across all aspects of residential real estate, providing for a highly talented and successful team. Supported by our experienced marketing team and our valuable back of house administration team, we consistently position our clients for success.
Ian’s experience in selling Projects off-the Plan range from boutique to master-planned communities has seen successful results for various clients and projects including Woolooware Bay (Cronulla Sharks re-development and town centre in Woolooware), The Flour Mill in Summer Hill, West End, Glebe to name just a few.
Simone is an experienced marketer with over 10 years' experience across residential property and destination marketing. As Associate Director in the NSW Residential Project Marketing team, Simone is responsible for the project management of residential off-the-plan projects in Sydney and driving the Colliers brand marketing strategy for NSW Residential.
Simone has a diverse skill set with extensive experience in integrated marketing strategy, sales and project management, stakeholder management, event management, business development and communications strategy.
With over 35 years' experience in Real Estate, I have become an expert in prestige project marketing and auctions, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and integrity to the Colliers International residential team.
I work alongside my fellow Directors to manage and lead the NSW Residential team, overseeing the marketing and sales teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to our vendors and purchasers alike, and that they achieve success through their parnership with Colliers International.
Prior to my current tenure at Colliers, I owned and operated a successful franchise in Neutral Bay for 8 years focusing on auctions and high-end Residential before joining Colliers International for the first time in 1998. In 2007 I joined CBRE Residential Projects and was earmarked to grow the resale business and focus on high-end residential projects before then returning to Colliers International.
During my years in Residential Real Estate, I have been instrumental in some record breaking sales at Milsons Point, Neutral Bay, Potts Point, Abbotsford and most notably set a record in Sydney with the sale of the Hyde Penthouse for $12.5m. I take great pride in providing solid and honest advice to all my clients and building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, ensuring that I become their main point of contact for all their residential needs.
My 20 year background in the service and sales industry has provided me with a strong platform in knowing how to service a client. This experience has given me the ability to quickly identify a client's needs and goals and to provide a proven strategy to acheive desired outcomes. My people skills have allowed me to easily develop strong relationships with my clients, whether vendor or purchaser. Working alongside a successful sales team, I am highly focused and goal oriented to ensure my clients achieve the best results in the quickest timeframe.
As Director in the Residential team, I also work closely with other Directors managing projects and leading by example with regard to the sales team. I have been the lead agent on many of Colliers International's Residential projects and have worked to successfully achieve significant presales in all our off-the-plan developments.
Having operated for over 15 years as a new business development and client relationship development specialist in the IT software and market research technology industry in Japan and Australia, my successful career working as the Regional General Manager for ICT Company built my skills as a highly motivated team player, being successful in optimising business strategies and team potentials, whilst achieving goals and being dedicated to delivering the hightest standards of services. I have applied my consultative approach and presentation skills to making a successful transition to a career in real estate, specifical Project Marketing.
Since joining the real estate industry, I have obtained extensive experience selling residential projects all over Sydney. As a member of the Colliers International Residential team, I am responsible for the sales of off-the-plan residential projects as well as listing and selling re-sale stock. Being part of a well-rounded and successful team has allowed me to continuously expand and grow my skill set, as well as being able to share my experience with the broader team to ensure we provide high level expertise and advice to our clients, allowing them to achieve results beyond their expectations.
Marcus is a skilled financial and operational professional with over 15 years' experience working within the commercial and residential real estate industry. Marcus partners with all levels of management to help them better understand their business needs and capabilities. His key focus over the past 10 years has been working closely with the ANZ Executive Team.

Specialising in Residential Project Marketing, Blake works with the NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing and managing projects, and the sales team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works closely with the Managing Director, Peter Chittenden, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
He also works alongside the other NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing, and managing projects and the sales team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects, my clients rely on my solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
Recent successful projects that Blake has co-managed include Wonderland and Duo at Central Park for Frasers Property, Twenty95 in Manly for Grocon, and Aqualuna in Milsons Point for Zone Q as well as Newmarket in Randwick for Cbus.
Guillaume is recognised as one Sydney’s leading agents that specialises in the sale of Residential Development sites.
Having sold some Sydney’s iconic residential development sites in recent years, Guillaume’s reputation and experience as a proven performer has earned him the respect and confidence of his clients and peers.
Guillaume is actively involved in assisting clients with acquisition and divestment strategies that requires a detailed knowledge of the project marketing and sales environment, as well as expertise in planning requirements and feasibility analysis.

She also has extensive experience in marketing, event planning and management, and has taken on leadership roles and voluntary charity work throughout her years.
Nicholas is an experienced Sales Executive with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that support business’ financial objectives.
Nicholas has shown examples in his past sales, of strong negotiation skills and is able to finalise sales agreements within a short period of time.
Nicholas has contributed to multiple high-end residential sales within the Eastern Suburbs whilst setting Australian wide records. Previously working with McGrath Estate, this showed Nick the wide variety and understanding of Sydney’s prestige residential market.
With 6 years experience in Residential Project Marketing Daniels experience ranges from integrated marketing strategy & implementation, sales & project management and stakeholder engagement. As part of the NSW Residential Project Marketing team Daniel is responsible for the project management of Residential Off-The-Plan projects within the Sydney market.

As a Project Manager within the Sydney Residential team, Marina is responsible for planning and overseeing the sales and marketing campaigns of the Residential Projects, and works together with the Project Directors to ensure a successful outcome for our clients.
