Real Estate Management
Whilst completing her Bachelor of Property & Real Estate/Commerce at Deakin University, Yen commenced her property career as an Assistant Property Manager (Residential) at Elite Real Estate in 2015 to gain more experience and knowledge in real estate.
Yen then completed her double degree in 2017 and continued her love for real estate, working as a Portfolio Manager at MCO with a mixed portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties. Taking on this small portfolio, Yen was provided support and guidance from her team, which enabled her to understand the responsibilities of a property manager.
After being exposed to commercial property, Yen realised that this is where she wanted to be and went on to work as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager at Gross Waddell in March 2018. Yen worked alongside two senior property managers, supporting a mixed portfolio of retail shops, offices and shopping centres where she gained valuable knowledge and skills in the commercial sector.
Yen has now commenced her career at Colliers International as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to Paul Kernan. Yen is excited to take on the next challenge of her career and looks forward to being an integral part of the REM team, while further developing her growing interest in commercial property.
