Project Director for Northcliffe Residences - a Beachfront Residential Tower, located on the beach at Surfers Paradise. With 75 luxury apartments over 25 levels including 5 penthouses, this is a sophisticated offering in the premium Residential market with an expected completion late 2018 and a completed value of $108m.
It is the first new absolute beachfront project launched in Central Surfers Paradise for over 8 years. I was responsible for the Managment and launch of this project since the securing the land in Dec 2014.
The project has achieved nearly $60 million in pre-sales, with demolition now commenced with Stage 1 of construction underway. An outstanding domestic Sales result with with almost 95% of sales to date being sold locally to residential end users.
Executive Director of Sales and Marketing MiiProperty, David drove new product development, project launch strategies and the opening of new domestic and overseas sales markets for our projects and the company. MiiProperty was an Australian-based company, launched to pursue property development and business opportunities throughout Australia. During this period we launched, sold and delivered over 800 apartments and 500 house and land packages, across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Gladstone and Melbourne.

Price range $200,000 to $310,000 – 5% growth from initial sales to completed sales mid-1999.
Bronte Apartments – 37 Moray Street, New Farm - $4 million – completed February 2001 – 9 riverfront exclusive apartments with city views $400,000 - $500,000 and 4 x 1 bedroom refurbished cavity brick apartments - $165,000 - $185,000 – 8% growth from off the plan to completed sales. Completed late 2000.
Village Apartments – Mollison Street, West End. 68 x 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All apartments sold prior to the completion of construction, this project was completed in December 2000. $21 million project.
101 Apartments – 101 Moray Street, New Farm. 6 x 2 bedroom contemporary walk apartments situated in a riverside address with all the amenity around them. Priced $245,000 - $255,000. All sold prior to completion of the project. Total sales $1.3 million.
Dakota Apartments – 88 Macquarie Street, Teneriffe – 90 x 1, 2 and 3 bedroom New York style apartments. $24 million project sold out within six months of launch. 50% growth from off the plan to completed stock.
Ansonia and Saratoga Apartments – Macquarie Street, Teneriffe – 165 x 1, 2 and 3 bedroom warehouse style apartments. Complete sell out of both projects within three months of launch in March 2002. Total value of the two projects was approximately $55+ million.
Regatta Apartments – Riverside Drive, West End. The first West End riverfront project with 59 x 1, 2 and 3 bedroom riverfront apartments. Sold out within 3 days of launch in July 2001. Total value of the Regatta Project was $23+ million.

I won over 30 Individual and company Sales awards at the highest level within the company. I was individually awarded PRD’s National marketing award as No 1 performer.
Joined Kelly Services in Australia in 1986 and became the first employee of Kelly when they first entered Australia outside of the USA. My role was sales manager for Key Accounts.
