During her career at Colliers Jennifer has continued to climb the career pathway from Personal Assistant to Executive Assistant to Dwight Hillier | Managing Director of Valuation & Advisory Services.
More recently Jennifer has taken on the role of Manager, Operations Valuation & Advisory Services, Strategic Advisory and HRL Transaction Services. Whilst at the same time still supporting Dwight Hillier in an Executive Assistant capacity.
As Manager, Operations Jennifer has a strong focus on delivering operational excellence to ensure the smooth running of the Portfolio.

My role has continued to evolve since joining Colliers in 2014. Colliers International has a significant depth of experience in providing valuation, advisory and transaction services across a broad spectrum of asset classes nationally and for a diverse range of finance, corporate, institutional, government and private clients. Now, as Head of Business Operations & Risk Management, I oversee risk management, valuation standards and business operations for our Valuation & Advisory business and Strategic Advisory and Healthcare & Retirement Living Transactions teams. I am also delighted to have been appointed as Chair of our Diversity & Inclusion Council for 2021. Our goal this year is to foster an environment allowing diverse perspectives and a culture of inclusiveness through respect for our colleagues, clients and community.
I work closely with our managing director to provide a strong oversight on the performance of our people and continued refinement of our quality assurance and risk management functions. I coordinate external industry body audits and undertake my own internal audits of every valuer and consultant. I have successfully introduced and implemented an industry-rated, risk management framework across our Valuation & Advisory business.
My specialties are mitigating client and internal risk and ensuring all client briefs are met in accordance with industry standards and QA methodologies. My 25 plus years’ experience in property and finance makes me a trusted point of contact for our clients.
Jonathan has over 16 years’ experience in the property industry being focused on the provision of valuation and professional advice in relation to institutional grade office assets within the Sydney CBD, in addition to both residential and commercial developments. In additional Jonathan has played a significant role in the development and controlling the subsequent roll out of the CIVAS Discounted Cash Flow model to all Australian offices and throughout Asia. He leads the national Valuation & Advisory Services Office team across Australia and has recently worked on the following prominent valuations:

As Head of Hotels, Valuation & Advisory Services, Christopher oversees the strategy and operations of the national hotels team, to ensure the sustained growth and success of the Valuation & Advisory Services service offering.
Chris has over 16 years’ experience in the valuation of 'Going Concern' properties including Hotels, Motels, Serviced Apartments, Backpackers, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Build to Rent and other accommodation property types together with Car Parking Facilities.
Outside of Colliers, Chris maintains an active role in the property valuation industry as Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Craig joined Colliers International Consultancy and Valuation Pty Limited in June 2007 and is currently Director in Charge of Valuations in Queensland. Craig is a Registered Valuer in Queensland, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveryors (MRICS).
Craig specialises in the valuation of commercial office buildings, with focus on the Brisbane CBD and major fringe markets.

Ben leads the Valuation & Advisory Services department in Victoria. The team undertakes valuations of industrial, office, retail and corporate property.
Ben has experience across a number of property types with a specific focus on industrial property in both the corporate and institutional sectors.
He has established particular expertise in Melbourne’s industrial market and has provided valuation and consultancy advice for some of the largest owners and occupiers of industrial property.
Ben has gained wide-ranging experience in providing professional property valuation and consultancy advice for various purposes including finance, financial reporting, insurance, leasing and rent review negotiation.
Ben also leads the plant & machinery practice nationally servicing all industries.
Overview
Amy Hamilon, Director - Retail Valuations, has over sixteen years of consultancy and valuation experience within Queensland and New South Wales commencing her career in the property industry in 2001.
During this time, Amy has been exposed to a wide range of property types, valuation methodologies and purposes of valuation. Such purposes include mortgage security, mortgagee in possession resumption/acquisition, property settlement (family law), asset management and other litigation matters.
She is currently part of our Brisbane Commercial Valuation and Advisory Team.
Joe specialises in the valuation of institutional grade properties across the Sydney metropolitan office markets. The types of advice typically undertaken include valuation advice for acquisitions, financial reporting and loan security purposes.
Additionally, Joe has extensive experience in real estate consultancy, project feasibility studies, land tax objections, rental consultancy for market reviews and lease renewals.
Simon has 17 years’ experience in the property valuation industry, during this time he has undertaken valuations in all classes of real property for various purposes.
Simon joined the Colliers International team in the North Sydney Office as Director of Industrial in November 2017. Prior to this, Simon was a Director at Savills, responsible for management of the mortgage and government sectors of the business, and since 2012 has specialised in industrial valuations for institutional, private and mortgage clients.
Dean leads the Valuation & Advisory Services team in Western Australia and over the past 16 years has provided valuation and strategic advisory services to a diverse range of market leading listed property trusts, financial institutions, developers, syndicates, private investors, Commonwealth and State government agencies.
Dean’s areas of expertise are providing valuation advice in the property development, office, industrial and healthcare sectors. Dean has been recognised as a market leading valuation consultant in Western Australia over a long period of time and regularly assists our clients with new acquisitions, identifying key redevelopment opportunities and providing forensic analysis of key value drivers using detailed and bespoke discounted cash flow simulations and associated scenario analysis.
Dean is passionate about infill redevelopment and land use efficiency; and in recent years, has been engaged as the lead property consultant on a range of high profile and complex redevelopment projects that continue to shape the landscape of Western Australia. As part of these projects, Dean has worked collaboratively in teams with other market leading consultants and provided valuation advice, land use recommendations and redevelopment strategies that are underpinned by urban economic principles and robust development feasibility testing.
Zane is Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, Western Australia, working with a senior and experienced team of experts.
Zane undertakes valuation assignments for market value for finance and financial reporting, development, feasibility, disposal due diligence, insurance, rental assessments, and determinations.
Zane’s main areas of expertise include Institutional Grade Retail, Large Format Retail, office, Service Stations, Child Care, Educational Facilities and Specialist Disability Accommodation.

Jennifer commenced her property career in 2008 and qualified as a Licensed Valuer with the State of Western Australia in 2010.

With some 18 years of experience as a property valuer in Melbourne’s Office market Peter has gained specialist expertise. He has provided advice for most of Melbourne’s major CBD and Metropolitan office buildings and development projects, and has worked with a broad range clients across the Institutional, Corporate, Finance, Government and Private sectors.
He has also established particular expertise in Melbourne’s Car Parking market and continues to service this specialist asset class.
Peter provides professional advice for various purposes including Acquisition and Disposal, Financial Reporting, Mortgage Security, Litigation and Expert Witness, Development Feasibility, and Rental Advice.

Andrew has been employed in the property industry at a leadership level for more than 25 years. Andrew has a broad range of experience in the valuation industry encompassing all of the major asset classes, specialising in the valuation of Super-Regional, Regional, Sub-Regional and Neighbourhood Shopping Centres across Australia.
As Head of Retail, Andrew sets the strategy and direction of the national team under Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services.
Trent has been employed in the property industry for over 14 years. He has a broad range of experience across all property types with a specific focus on Regional, Sub-Regional and Neighbourhood shopping centres across Australia. In addition, Trent also focuses on Large Format Retail assets.
He has gained wide-ranging experience in providing professional valuation and consultancy advice for various purposes including financial reporting/mortgage, transaction due diligence/asset advice and market rent assessments/submissions.
In addition to Trent’s valuation experience he has also previously worked as a Real Estate Agent selling shopping centres.
Jess joined Colliers in 2019 to market for the most senior and experienced Valuation & Advisory Services, Strategic Advisory and Healthcare & Retirement Living teams in Australia.
As National Manager, Marketing & Communications, Jess delivers integrated marketing strategies and tactics for 90+ experts and works across brand and design, content, digital marketing, public relations and communications. Jess contributes as part of a team-based approach to servicing clients’ needs and winning new work for both the advisory and agency sides of the business.
Jess works closely with Colliers’ external advertising agency, Marketing Operations and PR team and Business Development Centre to drive new initiatives and ensure support staff are trained across new platforms and tools.
Phil leads the National Government Property Services – Valuation and Advisory team in Australia, delivering a diverse range of services to our many Government clients, at a Federal, State/Territory and Local Government level.
With over 30 years’ experience in the Australian and New Zealand Government property sector, Phil brings an extensive, in-depth understanding of Government property, valuations, asset strategy, Government relations, risk management, quality assurance, governance and a diverse knowledge of a range of regulations and legislative frameworks.
Phil has specialist knowledge and expertise in the valuation of Government property assets for the purposes of financial reporting, Just Terms compensation, asset realisation and purchase and disposal requirements.
Additionally, Phil also provides advice to clients on strategic asset management, as well as property tax advice (including valuations for Council rating and State land tax).
Of note, Phil was the New South Wales Valuer General for 11 years until late 2014. In this role, Phil was responsible for a valuation system that provided annually in excess of $3 Billion in land tax revenue for the State government and in excess of $4 Billion in rates revenue for local government councils. Phil was responsible for many significant enhancements to the valuation system, including improved transparency of valuations and supporting information being provided to landowners.
I joined Colliers in 2018 as Head of Strategic Advisory. I am dedicated to leading the national team of multi-disciplinary experts to tailor strategic advisory services, across all market sectors and asset classes, to our client’s needs.

Leon Hadchiti

Leon Hadchiti is Director | Valuation, Healthcare & Retirement Living. Leon has had in excess of 12 years’ experience in the valuation of Retirement Villages, Residential Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, Medical Centres, Land Lease Communities (Manufactured Home Estates) and Greenfield/Brownfield Development sites.
Leon is responsible for the management of an experienced team of Valuers, where he has held the title of Director since mid-2017, and although based in Sydney, Australia, possesses the qualifications, knowledge base and experience in Healthcare valuations across Australia.
Chris is a National Director Healthcare & Retirement Living Transactions at Colliers. Chris specialises in the divestment of business and property in the healthcare sector. Justin has valuable experience in the property investment and development sector, with specific specialist knowledge in Healthcare & Retirement Living.
He has a long history of transaction execution, project marketing, project and feasibility assessment, determining and negotiating property acquisitions and disposals, property analysis, establishing property development direction, major lease negotiation, project management of property development projects and major building contract negotiation.
Justin currently assists clients in analysing property and going-concern opportunities and progressing those opportunities to realise their optimal potential.
I have been a property valuer for 27 years and I am experienced in all facets of the industry including general residential, industrial and commercial valuation work, major asset valuations, property development, government consultancy and Lease Variation assessments.
I have strong relationships with the major lending institutions, government departments, developers and builders.
My career commenced after graduating from the University of Western Sydney in 1989 and has included several market cycles. I have completed major property valuations throughout Australia and some overseas posts including Jakarta, Singapore, Port Moresby, Tonga and Samoa.
I achieved the status of Business Valuer after completing additional qualifications through the API/University of Western Sydney and a graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment Analysis.
My focus since joining Colliers in July 2006 has been on major commercial assets in the ACT and the management of large government portfolios on a local, national and international level.
John is Head of Agribusiness nationally within Valuation and Advisory Services in Australia. In this role, John leads the experienced and diverse team, and is responsible for the oversight of the specialisation on a national platform. Having grown up on the family property in South Australia's Lameroo district, John has first-hand knowledge and experience of rural property operations. John commenced working with Colliers International in 2012 in Adelaide and moved to Sydney in 2019 to re-establish and grow the New South Wales division.
John has particular experience in the valuation of dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, vineyard, forestry, irrigated horticulture (broad hectare potato & onion production and permanent tree crop), dairy and poultry assets. In addition to these sectors, John also has extensive experience in the valuation of leased agricultural assets.
John has valued some of Australia's largest agricultural landholdings and portfolios, with work undertaken across all states and territories of Australia for a wide range of institutional, corporate, government and private clients.
The valuations he has worked on have been for a number of purposes including Mortgage Security, Financial Reporting, Potential Acquisition/Disposal, Estate Planning/Settlement, Compulsory Acquisition and Insurance purposes.
Alex and his team specialise in the the provision of valuation and consultancy services to the rural and agribusiness sector on a national and international basis. They have specific skills in the wine, forestry, agriculture, horticulture, fisheries/aquaculture and large scale grazing and cropping sectors. The team also has plant and machinery qualifications, and deal with complex and specialised assets including large multi-jurisdictional portfolios on a regular basis.
I began my career within the property industry in 2013 initially gaining foundation experience at a National Valuation firm based in the Sydney CBD where I was involved in the valuation of a broad range of assets, for varying purposes.
I joined Colliers International in August 2015 to extend my knowledge on going concern valuations with a role in the Healthcare & Retirement Living Sector (predominantly working in the Caravan Parks and Manufacted Home Estate sector). The diversity and constantly changing dynamics of the property industry keeps me interested and passionate about what I do.
Baden is a National Director of the Valuation & Advisory division of Colliers International. Based in Brisbane, Baden specialises in Hotels and Going Concern properties throughout the Asia Pacific region.
With thirty years’ experience in the valuation profession, Baden has a highly respected reputation in going concern, investment and development property. Key areas of expertise are accommodation hotels and resorts, licensed premises and clubs, tourist parks, tourist attractions, backpackers, development sites, marinas, golf courses, student accommodation and management letting rights.
