Enzo joined Colliers International in October 2009 as a Property Manager in the the Real Estate Management Department. Since his initial appointment, he has been promoted to the positions of Senior Property Manager in July 2010; Associate Director in July 2012 and Director in July 2017. Enzo has extensive knowledge of all facets of the commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare/ medical property management industry having been involved the industry for 12 years. He also has extensive experience in project managing the building refurbishment works on behalf of Colliers International clients. Recent projects have included the building upgrades to the value of approx. $3.5 million of the Uniting Communities aged care accommodation facilities at 160 OG Road, Felixstow and 7 Raymond Grove, Glenelg. Other projects include the building refurbishment works at 431 King William Street, Adelaide, 165 Grenfell Street, Adelaide and 30 Gawler Street, Salisbury.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Colliers International, I was employed as a commercial and retail property manager for ProRealty Pty Ltd and The Cohen Group. Duties included the management of commercial properties in the CBD and Metro markets and the retail management of the Port Mall, Collinswood Shopping Centre and the Blackwood Shopping Centre. I have also undertaken consultancy work for the major telecommunications companies, Telstra, Vodafone and Optus. Duties included sourcing sites for the erection of new telecommunication sites; liaising with technicians and engineers; negotiating licenses and leases with the respective property owners.

Emma joined Colliers International in October 2017, in the role of Assistant Property Manager within the Real Estate Managment team.
Emma is enjoying this role as it is allowing her to learn about property management in a fast paced setting and in a "hands on" way.
Emma joined the work force since 2010. Her working career started age 14 where she work for the local family owned petorl station, and went on to work there for 5 years while completeing high school. After year 12 Emma gained a fulltime job as a Facilities Manager for BHP Billiton. Emma then took a career change and started working for her families Glazing Business doing administration and sales.
With over 20 years experience in the Facilities Management field Gavin has dealt with many issues in the day to day running of major clients. Including Auspost, Coles (Distribution), Suncorp, Dept of Human Resources. Each has been challenging with differing requirements, but all have been a great experience widening his knowledge of client expectations and requirements. Now at Colliers International with retail and industrial clients.
Prior to Facilities work Gavin was at Defence for many years and managed the maintenance of all SA sites including Broken Hill and Alice Springs. Establishing an asset data base of all trade services and ensuring mandatory servicing and other servicing was conducted as required.
