Ethan joined Colliers in 2021 with the role of a Research and Database Analyst, where he developed his knowledge of the Newcastle property market. Ethan’s focus at this time was to work closely with the industrial, commercial and residential teams to create and deliver valuable information to assist in key projects and research reports.
Ethan was promoted to Executive in June 2022, now specialising in Sales & Leasing within the Newcastle Industrial Team. Ethan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion to provide excellent service and continues to use his Data Analyst background to exceed clients’ expectations.

As a Director in Newcastle office Tim has a focus on the industrial sector and has transacted in the Newcastle and Hunter Region, Central Coast and Mid North Coast. Tim has a career spanning over 19 years in the property industry, commencing in 2003 as a commercial property valuer operating in Sydney and Newcastle. This experience has formulated the framework and acute understanding of key drivers within the property market providing Tim with a competitive advantage when articulating said drivers to market participants.
